My biggest problem with Kyle isn't as a HC or as a OC or as a GM. It is the combination of mistakes he has in all of them. Even though he should be 3 times more responsible and accountable, he rarely takes accountability for any of his roles.
Stats argument is hes good when he has a great team and not when he doesn't? The point of a coach is to get the most out of what you had available. A beyyer coach would get more out of a bad team. A better coach would have won the Superbowl with the best team. It's not just about game management. It's leadership, decision making, player management, self-scouting. Whatver you want to say about talent-defficiencies and injuries, this team has more elite players even after injuries than most rosters. You can argue whether he should keep his job or not, but who is responsible for this should not be up for debate.
Rob trying to act like running the ball may not have worked, blocking may have been bad, etc. What Rob fails to realize is at WORST: the clock continues to run. Kyle failed to realize that too. 🤦♂️
The defenses for Kyle are wild. It's like the opposite of missing the forest for the trees. Everyone's looking at the forest from a distance, big-picture, admiring what they see to be beautiful, but when you get closer and examine the trees, they're rotting, the bark's falling off, they're in need of intervening care, but the owners/groundskeeper doesn't do anything differently to help them.

My biggest problem with Kyle isn't as a HC or as a OC or as a GM. It is the combination of mistakes he has in all of them. Even though he should be 3 times more responsible and accountable, he rarely takes accountability for any of his roles.

The point of a coach is to get the most out of what you had available. A beyyer coach would get more out of a bad team. A better coach would have won the Superbowl with the best team.
It's not just about game management. It's leadership, decision making, player management, self-scouting. Whatver you want to say about talent-defficiencies and injuries, this team has more elite players even after injuries than most rosters.
You can argue whether he should keep his job or not, but who is responsible for this should not be up for debate.
He has great teams his entire career. His problem is he can play with out the entire team healthy and ahead by 30 points

The defenses for Kyle are wild. It's like the opposite of missing the forest for the trees. Everyone's looking at the forest from a distance, big-picture, admiring what they see to be beautiful, but when you get closer and examine the trees, they're rotting, the bark's falling off, they're in need of intervening care, but the owners/groundskeeper doesn't do anything differently to help them.
The main thing is Kyle's track record. The secondary is his inability to transform the offense. Third is wasting 2 great defensive coordinators that carried the team.
