    Yo, this guy helped me out years ago with a phone call. It changed my life in a good way he told me I was a dumbass and I needed to learn and he was right! He’s honest upfront and pretty smart. Listen up guys.

    Hey, Austin Awesome video could you make a video about risk management and talk about insurance?

  • @darylrichardson8567

    I UPSALE by calling it… MAINTENANCE!!!
    Especially for customers that, I pass repeatedly throughout the week. Things like: Blowing leaves, because it’s a HOLIDAY or they mentioned an event and it happens on my off week. I’ll pull up & tell them I’m Touching Up for the Big Event or Weekend. They usually TIP $50 & I’ve gotten a $220 TIP for doing this.

    Austin, thanks for taking the time to make these videos. How much of a discount would you give a customer for a monthly service? For example, if it's a one time cleaning of $300, would you charge $75 a month?

      Is it worth your time to go out and set all of your equipment up all clean every window again for $75? This is when minimum charge is important. If you have nothing in the books then maybe but I think thats the bigger issue

    • @corey4738
      @corey4738 2 месяца назад

      @josh.miller I get what you're saying, that's why I have a hard time trying to price monthly. Austin probably has a minimum of at least $225. No company will pay $225 a month, when they can have them come back every 6 months for $300.

    My business has been growing thanks to contractual work, this month I just landed a huge apartment complex.
    Question: do you get good traffic from your truck wrap? I have online channels up for traffic but I’m just another work truck on the road, I feel like I’m missing out on a potential extra 25k in leads 😂

      @@edmontonlivermoore4935 honestly no. I don’t think wraps have the good of an ROI in that regard but it’s necessary for branding
