In short, is this really a more mature JoJo singing this, or this actually her original-version voice plastered over a more base-heavier version of the music? Anyone else feels the same way?
She re-recorded both her albums again because she had a falling out with her record company and did not have the rights to her old music. Hence she did them again

i think the instrumentals are the same but the vocals have been re-recorded entirely
