    I just bought some grouper, and as I usually grill, I don't know how to pan grill fish very well. Thanks for the tip.:)

    OK, excellent and super simple recipe and even better if you have access to fresh not frozen grouper. I slap some mayo on mine and it was terrific. Good recipe exactly when I needed a simple recipe. 5 Stars! Thanks!

    You should take a bite of the finished product! Actually I am doing grouper for dinner and was looking for a super simple recipe and saw yours so I'm going to try it starting in about 30 minutes although I have Prudhommes blacked fish magic, probably similar. I shall return with my critique hopefully soon. Thanks for a simple recipe. I've got the blackened product, butter, garlic, tomato, but am going to have mine of fresh thin sliced Italian bread so it will have to be eaten fast before it gets too sloppy heh.

    So, nobody is talking about grilling grouper. My suspicion is confirmed. Pan frying, in my workhorse cast iron skillet.:)

    Try searing on high 1 min per side no cover and finish cooking in the oven. Won't sog out your blackened crust. Good job otherwise Cuzco!

      Ah that is a good tip! I'll have to try that out next time, I'm honestly not much of a fish eater so I like to make it as simple as possible haha

    Where can you score some Grouper when you live 1000 miles away from salt water? I just spent a week in Florida and Grouper was literally all I ate.

      It's good stuff! Where about do you live surely someone sells it or could ship it to you!

      @@NickeeGee I live in Indiana and Meijer grocery stores sell frozen patties for $9.99 for 12 oz but Publix in FL it's $19.99 for 16 oz. I find that suspicious.

    I tried making it but the inside was so jelly like ! And was kinda burning on the outside , idk 🤷🏻‍♀️ lol

    • @NickeeGee
      @NickeeGee  2 года назад

      Fish can be tricky, and depending on your skillet and burner you may have to play with the heat. When all else fails turn the heat down to not burn the outside and when covered it should allow it to cook completely through!
