after i did what they showed, i got an old towel, twisted a corner up and stuck it in and strained it a couple times till i had sucked up all the water. then when i lifted it it there was no water spilled and that hole was empty as far down as i could see. so don't wory about a overflowing hole of poo soup, it's easy peasy
Good video. Although there is still water in the bowl. Do you just have to assume that some water is going to spill all over the floor? Or is there a way to completely drain it?
my toilet is running a little bit but can the tank overfill with water? Noothing is clogged I just think the the toilet flusher rubber piece on the bottom isn’t sealing completely but should I be concerned
Your toilet may just need some routine maintenance. Fortunately, you can buy inexpensive parts that will make it function like new again. Here's more information: todayshomeowner.com/toilet-parts-you-should-regularly-replace-for-optimal-performance/
he just wasted 5 gallons of water. set some wood 2x4s in the shower or the tub, pick up the bowl with that last little bit and set it on the wood then tilt it over about 45 degrees, that last little annoying bit that will stain your pants will fall out. No 5 gallons of water needed.
Tried and it worked great. It did leave a small amount of water but we sucked it up with a sponge.

I used a plunger to push most of it out. Or you can use a shop vac

There is still water in it…
But it’s MUCH less… shopvac/wetvac the rest, then just the trap is the issue.
Just as much. May as well shop vac it in the 1st place and skip this step altogether.
@@triggb71 …sorry, not even close to as much. It’s obvious.
Just shopvac it instead. Dumbasses.
Great video!

What about liquid lock
amazing
This video is hilarious. There is the exact same amount of water in there after he poured in the bucket as there was before he poured in the bucket
If you have a plumber that would get most of it out as well if not all, if you can get a good seal
If anyone has a link on how to empty the bowl completely .. please post !! TY
No.
Use a straw
- nvm - the remaining water stayed in the toilet bowl when I lifted it off the floor.. no spills .. that's awesome!
until! UNTIL! you go to move it haha :P
Until you turn it to scrape the wax off.

@@POOKIE5592*. You can do that outside.
I’d just suck out all the remaining water in the bowl with a straw. It’s delicious.
We definitely wouldn't recommend that, and it's definitely not safe, but to each his own! :D
Good for the immune system. Natures vaccination.
Wow!!
You could also use a Shop-Vac
Water comes back up some seconds after
The amount of water left in the bowl should be insignificant and really shouldn't spill on the floor.
You could also use a Shop-Vac
I would use an empty plastic bottle to suck the water out instead of wating so much water and ending up with water left still.
why was this toilet going to get pulled
Dont waste water like this. Use a shop vac please 🙏

That's fuckin disgusting
Really? I mean...really? 5 gallons?
Work goes much faster and nicer with Stodoys instructions.
But it didn't drain ALL the water. NOT helpful! I already knew all the rest!
Reduce is not the same as drain.. all you did was a hole in the water for the views!!! good failure
Eek eek eek eek eek😂🤣
Get a toilet lifter
