When Cisco mentioned 'more scientists on the team', my thoughts went to Iris and I couldn't help but laugh how their 'leader' is...not a scientist or even remotely qualified to be the leader 😂 Bad choice of words, writers. If you wanna make a character likable, stop dragging them.

He didn't force King Shark to take the cure. That was a snap decision to save Cisco. Honestly, Cisco and Caitlin being pissed at him was terrible writing. But that's what I expect from the writers.

I loved this episode!!! I think it might be my fav of the season. Perfect OTF/ snowbarry moments and limited iris and Nora time. I also really liked that iris wasn’t at the lab the whole time, there was no cringy “iris is the team leader” moments, no forced westallen moments, just iris working with joe and it actually worked.

That is because the next episode was directed by Tom Cavanaugh and he had to spend the week they were shooting the episode before doing all the prep a director does. I bring this up because Danielle is directing an episode that is airing soon and that means that in the episode prior we probably won't see much of Caitlin.
He likes seeing Caitlin's neckline I think 😉 or he avoided Caitlin's eyes for some reason? Perhaps he just realized his feeling and he felt awkward around her. Just trying to be positive here..

to me cisco insisting they ask people was the stupidest thing ever. If people are criminals they should not have the right to keep their powers end of story.
I don't think it was about the criminals, it seemed more about people who were accidentally hurting people or just didn't want there powers and had the option to get rid of them. Cisco was really stupid this episode "you should've asked King Shark if he wanted the cure before he ate me" it was ridiculous, King Shark was a villain in that moment so no choice should be offered and it was a snap decision to save Cisco, Caitlin saying "that's not the point" was also stupid because that's literally what happened so it is the point.
I don't care how fast Barry is, if there's a big ass shark running towards you, and you don't have time to react, you're getting your ass knocked down.
The one thing that pissed me off the most was Cisco being pissed at Barry for how he used the cure. Hello Cisco was about to get his head bit off and become shark food, meaning Barry had no other chose. Unless Cisco would regather be dead? I felt that Cisco should have apologized to Barry and thanked him for saving him from becoming Shark food. Barry shouldn’t of had to defend himself or apologize for being the hero and leader he is. That part and Cisco’s attitude made no sense whatsoever.
I am just happy that Iris was so busy being "poor, pitiful me" with Joe that she wasn't in on any of this. BTW, I do love Joe, and I'm glad he's back. Iris on the other hand, should have died by Savitar's hand. To me, this is validation that she also sucks as a reporter too. How can you go all day and not know what's going on with your own husband? Don't they like text or something though the day? She's such a dumbass and a weak character. BTW, this felt like one of the old episodes. Made my heart happy.
