This ride is actually quite dark for a children's ride.
I have little memory of it. That ride scared the shit out of me I was like 5.

Yes, the ride is very dark because it features animal cruelty and child abuse and child slavery. I don't know why Disneyland company insists to show child slavery in a Disneyland ride with the 2 donkey boys in cages at timeline 2:07 which makes me upset to see. I hope to god that the Disneyland company updates the ride and removes the animal cruelty scene from Pinocchio's daring Journey ride as I go to Disneyland to have fun. Not see controversial scenes like child slavery in a ride. Please let the Disneyland company know I want the ride updated to remove child slavery references.

I agree with you 100%. I still don't want to revisit the movie because of the donkey scene. Seriously? Did the men have to rip their clothes off while they were screaming for their mothers and crying? I was HORRIFIED by that as a kid. I think the movie has a lot of great moments but that whole part makes me never want to watch it.

I don't like the child slavery and animal cruelty featured in Pinocchio's Daring Journey ride.
To the youtube user S@UCbDGvfJHf0r_WjS9voB8POA and Disney park guests, as you know I have been on Pinocchio's Daring Journey ride and at the timeline 2:07 where it features 2 donkey boys being caged up. It upsets me and makes me very sick to watch as I get sensitive to child slavery and animal cruelty depictions.
Please notify the Disneyland company and the workers to update the ride to remove the child slavery and animal cruelty scene with the 2 donkeys in cages and have it removed from the ride because I don't like seeing the portrayal of child slavery and animal cruelty in a Disneyland ride, I don't want to see child slavery depicted at Disneyland anymore. I go to Disneyland to have fun and be happy, not to see controversial negative scenes like child slavery.
The movie was just meant to teach children how to be good people
