- Elon Musk exclaimed that Disney (DIS) CEO Bob Iger should be "fired immediately" in a post on X.com following Disney's decision to pull advertising from the platform formerly known as Twitter.

Iger is a terrible CEO. He made smart brand acquisitions, and drove those brands and disney’s brand into the dirt. He’s a forked tongued snake who has an agenda, refuses to take responsibility for his failures. He put Chapek into the CEO position on to take the hit during the pandemic. He dragged disney into the culture war, refused to fire Kennedy after her mismanaging Lucas Film. His target audience doesn’t are adults with no kids, which is a terrible long-run decision. He’s encouraging ESPN to get into sports betting and gambling. Iger is a fine Acquisitions Manager, but a terrible CEO.
