I went against a Loki solo that played exactly like this the other day. I swear these people's entertainment is ruining others' fun, there's no other explanation. I was also destroying him in lane but late game my team just fell for his ganks and made him win. I hated that so much, cause I wanted to show him how bad that pick actually was.

hey fineo, i have a problem. i've just hit 100 hours, i really clicked with guardians, warriors here and there and a handful of assassins, and i love their items, all well and good. but i haven't really found the same love for mages and hunters, outside of maybe eset and jing wei. i hardly play conquest, because i figure i should learn characters one by one, but i still haven't really expanded past cthulhu, cerb, artio, merc, and ravana for the most part, and i'm up in the air between vamana and bellona, but I also figure it's just because their kits were a little bloated at the time. aside from messing with my dpi for better aim, what do you think i should look for in order to improve my gameplay/playstyle?
ps: i kinda prefer to hit people with a rare *singular* VEJ if I outplay them, never VEL first.
i recommend you start conquest, just know what youre doing first and it doesnt matter if youre bad. you're under level 30 so this is the time to start conquest because after level 30 you can queue with people level 200 and really ruin their day, I know all the pacifists will come at me saying just chill out its a game but I'm a psychologist and I know you too get mad when people have no clue what they're doing. moral of the story please learn how to play conquest and listen to advice before ruining the game for everyone
to help with getting better at conquest just watch pros play like elleon awesomejake or adapting they have unique builds most the time and explain why they do what they do inside the game

Dude, you're playing against a Loki solo... Chronos and baron sup. And you're a pro.... Most people watching this are going against thor than thoth every game and they are silver and gold.
Why is glad shield considered horrible?
Basically it procs for minimal damage (especially late game) and has a very mediocre stat spread both for its price and its slot. It's not unbuildable, but there are just far better items you could be building with your limited gold and item slots.
