Lower leagues never try complex playing styles or anything but the most standard formations. The players just don't, won't have the capacity to adapt to anything beyond the most basic stuff they've probably pretty much always played in and even trying to do something different will always blow up in your face. Remember despite how good computer games are they're still just games which will be based on sets of algorithms and coding and you can pretty much guarantee that the game is programmed to require a certain standard of player before they'll be capable of doing the actual stuff you requested of them.
Yeah, pretty much. Just in the video alone you can see Manny’s players just lose the ball trying to play tiki taka. The players just don’t have the technical abilities and high enough mental stats to pull it off.

Just started unemployed and Crawley gave me my first job also had Montreal interview me but chose crawley in Sky Bet 2, 4 games in 4 out of 4 so far but I’m have issues with older players cuz my focus is younger players. My transfer budget was 110k but i focused on free transfers

Don't play "Focus on Right" if you have good right winger, they will just get too tired and get more injury susceptible. Then when he's injured you have to change your whole team tactic to get goals/assists elsewhere mid season

Love FM, just started the new one with my club Leeds, won the carabao cup and storming the championship got 8 games left not lost yet except in the fa cup, only signing I have made is Joe Rodon for the end of the season.
