Thank you for sharing your experiences, and I must say even myself as a local, I have similar experiences from job hopping to being discriminated for being a local at IT sector too. All the best to your future ventures. And I also quit my corporate job when I reached my 30s. I am lucky that I am single and not much financial burdens from my family. I might not have a lot of material stuff, but I do appreciate my mental and emotional health. To outsiders who don't understand my past experiences, will just say I am being lazy and picky in jobs.

@21:55 - Some companies don't upgrade their computer system because they want to save money, as such upgrades are expensive! They rather let employees suffer. Same reason why they don't hire more people - costs money! Such evil companies should be boycotted!
This kind of slave driving company is not worth working! They should give employees sufficient time to do and complete each task before moving on to new task! Multi-tasking is wrong, and it increases risk of errors and mistakes. Lousy company just quit!!

yes, I do agree handling Corp clients is stressful as one need to be fast and accurate in performance. bkg sys are differ not only in cost, the trvl zone is also another factor tat determine it's purposes.
If you are not desperate for money , i think no need to worry. It might sound easy to say but still i remind myself that i dont take it personally, just a job, if you dont like my competency, i will try to take it positively and improve, self acceptance is important before we can move on

Yes, you remind me on all these issue, I remember some of the staff will called in to questioning us, which is we are told by the product manager we offer the cheaper fares to employee but employee find out the fares from direct booking are cheaper😌This is where the argument start, now think back, what a toxic working environment😆
Yes I used to work in customer service in banking. It's like hell to me. What's worst is the colleagues all so selfish and evil. I left after just 3 month. Don't wanna waste time staying there.

The two worst industries you can be in for customer service will be in financial services and health care. One is money, another is health. And I am fortunate or unfortunate to been through both to conclude that. Other than demanding customers. The environment and colleagues can also break you. Yes, and never treat your colleague as friend. Nice sharing as usual. The ultimatum should be your bank job sharing.

看到你的分享有很多感触 至少你和我一样会走出来 真的钱不是最重要的 重要的是要找到自己喜欢的有了目标让自己变得值钱才是最重要的 我记得当时从customer service出来学做 project planning/consultant 那时工钱直接少了800 因为没有经验 从新学 可是我告诉我自己 只要冲就对了 过了5年 现在的我的工钱已经成长了至少1倍 我也不怕找不到工作 因为我知道我的目标在哪里 所以目标真的很重要 个人分享 只有做management工钱才会高 工作又轻松 customer service就是一个会让人崩溃的工作

我加入的那一队是专门接Expe*ia客服电话的
虽然那时候经过training得到了不错的成绩，但是我看到同队的员工全都为了一些OT钱，每天都过得很憔悴，有些人甚至在公司睡，隔天醒来继续上班
而且我在那间公司一个月就可以感觉到工作环境的toxic，就果断辞职了
这种环境真的不是普通人能呆的
是的，我觉得你知道我要表达什么😌我们没办法改变环境，但我们可以选择我们想要的环境🌹
这档咖喱叻沙酿豆腐, 我平均每周吃两次, 味道真的是 👍👍！对工作环境有归属感是很重要的, 否则那可是度日如年啊 ..

哈哈哈，同事永远都是有一个保持的距离。你所讲的东西非常雷同。跟你做的工作100%不一样，如果真的要做的确是要想的非常清楚，我本身比较prefer问更多东西了解更多如job scope，公司状态，做些什么业务和别的疑问才来做决定。因为自己的专业是要往更加有潜能的方面发挥，如果做到超stress但不懂为了什么或只是为了钱，没看到自己要的成绩和东西。是我，就果断，不浪费大家时间勉强不是幸福。还是谢谢分享，让大家也一起分享，大开眼界

多数工作都是based on你有的经验来决定你是否可以录取和要求更高的薪水，你当时的想法显然你也是想往更高的工资去，自然你之前的经验是必不可少的，所以你会走回关于travel相关的的工作是无可避免的，如果你当时要的是兴趣，那你就不会看薪水，至于你进的公司部门，听你这么说就是没有一个流程给你们很好的完成工作导致加班，压力等等。。这完全是公司部门操作的问题，放在谁身上也不可能出奇迹，也不是你选择的问题，你没在里面工作过自然也不可能明白那些运作，庆幸的是9-10个月你就辞职，而不是继续在那里内耗下去。

@@zchannelzack 是的，我本身之前也是一直被第一份工的经验绑着，没办法跳出其他范围的工作，因为没经验没办法很好的去面试，和要求更高的工资。有幸的是我被调去其他部门才能开始接触其他更深入的工作经验，才终于跳出了那第一份工的框架。至于其他人爱说什么没关系，因为我们的人生是我们自己负责，而不是活在别人的嘴里。
