Why you want 90% attendance. Check the quality of lecture. Nominal pays were given to professors and lecturers, they give third class lectures. Students get high quality kectures from you tube. Improve the system, ?
You must sit in your home and study there. You don't need any discipline in your life. Do you really know what's mean by 90% attendance is? Its not about physical appearance but also mental appearance too.
And as far your concern of Quality Lectures.... I am agreed partially but not fully. Yes, Teachers and Curriculums must be Accountable, reviewed, revisited, rechecked, reformed, renewed and aligned with World's Standards.....
But what about the students who doesn't study to server rather to collect Materials i.e. Cars, Currencies, Real State business, World Tours....? They don't want to work but want to achieve all the Materials. For them, Smart Phone, Smart Watch, Smart House, Smart Smart Smart everything.... But they don't want to be smart themseleves...
Before you talk about the Teachers and Lectures, quality of lectures, class management, bllah bllah bllah.... Why don't you raise this voice to the concerns and change yourself too.....??????

There should be protest against such a cruel and ruthless decision of 90 percent attendance. How it will possible to visit their homes at least after one or two months

There should be no teacher in the class only the RUclips being the teacher in the class. And that is how you have the right to expect 90% attendance from the students

Out of 3k 1k people are failed UpTo 50 percent criteria and from those 1.5 plus having below 70 percent criteria is already too much tough how can u do more ! Improve colleges hospitals conditions study quility, absolutely disgusting
This is all against the fundamental right of each and every student if Pakistan to opt Medical field.This policy will be a big hurdle to achieve the MBBS and BDS degrees and students will waiste their time and money and students will move abroad for admissions.Medical colleges will be empty due to this policy.Govt must immediately reverse this policy which shows that policy makers aim is to destroy this field also. It seems that main purpose of this policy is to deal with the increasing unemployment of Doctors .Mean Less degree holders doctors less unemployment.In future Govt must be required more doctors within countries especially in rural areas of Pakistan where doctors are still not awailable.This policy will support to fake/Quake doctors and patients will be deprived of Degree holder doctors especially in rural and remote areas.This policy has been made in haste and haste makes waste.Govt should review this policy as donot deprive Medical students to acieve their goals by putting this crual onsided policy.Thanks and regards Success of Pakistan is in success of Education.Well wisher of Education.
The policy and rules are made for ordinary people to manipulate them, influential people are above the rule. When President is zardari, prime minister is Shabaz and chief of staff is asim, chief Justice yahya afridi and fiaz Essa then think of the standard of the country.

Medical studies were already very tough and ruthless, I have personally observed my daughter, making it more difficult is not reasonable . Besides that no facilities is available to this community. I have realised the problem's of Doctors personally the day my daughter choose this domain, that too against my will and wish, Now she medical specialist and serving people's very happily and kindly, according to her Doctors are choosen people's of All might Allah pak.
Plumbers are also choosen people.
Such policies have already been inducted for the decline of MBBS and BDS and this discipline will destroy the whole structure and pvee another way for unemployment .

I still appreciate it....look at the lot which z coming...those below average and nt even securing 60% marks in intermediate n matric are becoming Dr's....through private medical colleges on donations.i think more strictness should be at this level of selection.
Private med clg addmission is also merit based as last year students below 80% in MDCAT cannot take addmision and u say that student with 60% got addmision what rubbish

I know many doctors today.they are gold medalist but their hands tremble when they inject patients.

Pmdc totally flap. Why not they take action against private medical colleges, no action against fee, mostly private colleges dont have teaching hospitals, no inflow of patients. But pmdc only take action against students.

Instead of this PMDC should focus on National MDCAT and percentage should be deducted for repeaters .As a result fresh intelligent candidates can take seats of MBBS rather than those who repeats MDCAT 3 or 4 times
Why percentage should be deducted? Why you don't you rise up for the Level? Why don't you rise up for glory or dignity or merit?
Means: Moon or Sun should come to your house to shine.......... ????
After 3 or 4 attempts if someone could not make it... Where is problem then????? Why do we abuse System and our surroundings? Why don't we blame ourselves for not getting and rising up to the merit and heights of the peak?

On the contrary, still there are lot of slots and jobs are in demand by Govt. but in rural areas. Question is: Why these students are reluctant to go to rural areas? And why these students are more willing to run after Cars, Currencies, Real State Houses but they don't want to work hard but want to get all the facilities...... and material needs????
