I went back and watched season 3 after seeing this video. I think the glowing eyes make all of these scenes so much better! I wish that the animators added this concept to show that Sailor Moon is really coming into her own and that she is learning how to unlock her true potential as the future Neo Queen Serenity. Excellent work!

The use of the silver eyes and the quality of the video would be enough for a newcomer to Sailor Moon think that it is a symbol of a power up like Super Saiyans. I am impressed by the video though. Well done.
This is so amazing. This might sound silly, but this video means a lot to me. Between the absolutely beautiful editing, beautiful animation, including Sailor Saturn who barely ever gets any screen time, the fact that Sailor Moon is the show that got me into learning Japanese and Anime as a child...AND the absolutely amazing song by The Glitch Mob who I saw live at the most amazing concert in my life
This is really great! Great editing skills! My only feedback is to tone down the amount of time's Sailor Moon's eyes light up. It quickly becomes an overused effect and loses its dramatic touch. Otherwise, great job!
Its like dragon ball z, they power up and remained power up through the heaviness of the battle. Same effect here. There were two battles that I caught. So that seems pretty normal honestly.

They only lit up twice, and remained lit the rest of the time and went back to normal twice. Doesn't seem like it was over doing it at all.
