target just opened in my area and i went there Friday and i have to say after months of living through the walmart transformer drought, i will be taking all my transformers business to target now.
My Walmart was barren recently too; I got a ML figure that was half off. Target I found the Vector Prime/Cybertron Starscream wave though. Edit: So they did reissue SS49! Thank you; I figured that's why I found it on the shelves at Target but was unsure for certain.

You should hunt the hot wheels section they’re starting to release g1 transformers in there vehicle mode they've made optimus, ultra magnus, bumblee. They also made a middle premium transformer mix with 5 cars. Bumblebee, barricade, drift,stinger & crosshairs
