Make the Spy Balloon Catapult - Wicked Cool

This is the spy balloon catapult. You can make it out of cardboard real fast!
And you need very little materials.
It's a fun project with unlimited creative potential. Design some games with it. Have competitions, or even shoot down spy balloons with it :)
