Hi! I just got my 5613 model of G SHOCK watch is the model in your video the same setting with the 5613? I need your help. I cant figure it out the city part - I live in MI using central time zone but I am not sure if the CHI is the right one - I did choose CHI but the time is not coincide to my time...please help

Absolutely. All G-Shock watches from 1983 are at least 100m water resist, most are 200m.
