Right! Like why do luxury brands (often) have the WORST eyeshadows... and they always give those little crap applicators too! Like I would rather you make the compact smaller than put that in there.
@@Brittainy89 it’s because historically their target audience is older women, and they do NOT want tons of pigment or sparkle because that’s difficult for daily wear on mature eyelids. I get that the layout in the MAC palette is a rainbow for Pride, but my godddd, I hate when shadow palettes have a bunch of unused space. The rainbow shape is barely of any visual interest, and it's already such a huge palette that the excess space is even more ridiculous. I like the outside, but the inside is giving *kid's first eye shadow palette*. Which might make sense, if it weren't $150. Pick a lane, MAC!
11:20 I'm sure it wasn't designed this way, but for those of us with mobility issues in the hands, a more chunky package is a lot easier to open than a package like the milk sticks. Smaller rounded objects are SUPER hard to open when you can't grip properly, so because of the arthritis in my hands, I prefer chunky packaging, and will never buy the super compact packaging because I usually do my makeup when I'm home alone, and I wouldn't be able to open it, especially in the morning, when is usually when I do my makeup.
I don't know how shampoo bottles are allowed - I don't have arthritis but as soon as I'm in the shower holding a shampoo bottle it might as well not have a lid at all. Cannot get in. I think the packaging on the pocket blushes is that way so that if you do put it in your pocket or purse especially in the summer months, so that the heat on the outside doesn’t reach the actual product way in the center. I do think it could’ve been done differently for sure but I can see that being a thing

I bought the MAC pride pallet for the colors. I’m a personal victim of the nude and rose shadow take over. My daughter begged for color. We have been loving it. The shimmers are so soft and velvety. The blues are bomb.
If I had to make a choice between the Cosmic Brushes Eyeshadow palette and literally anything else on this list, I'd pick the eyshadow. None of these blushers would work on my skin, nearly all the rest is boring. I would be interested in seeing you try out the Victoria Beckham brow gels, as that brush intrigues me.
I'm honestly just glad that ABH didn't use a friggin sponge tip applicator! The packaging is giving drugstore though. Kackie reviewed these and they actually are really beautiful!
I am new to your channel, and what drew me to watch was your beautiful makeup application - particularly your eye shadow. Is there a method to use when picking eye shadow colors? If I applied some of the colors you have used beautifully people would think I worked as a circus clown!
I knew as soon as you put Cosmic Brushes in number 2 that you were going to regret it later. Their shadows are SO GOOD!! I bought some at Christmas because I saw you use them and I wasn't disappointed. 💜
I bought the ultra lips from Glossier in Apricot and Deco. I really liked the formula, it’s like a lip balm and feels super soft on the lips. I liked the shades because they looked like a great day to night duo. The apricot is nice for day since it gives the lips a nice flush of color and Deco is much more pigmented and very pretty. Since they are in the same color story I feel like both work within the same makeup look. Agreed the collection itself is underwhelming, I am very drawn to orange lip colors so I had to get them. Haha 😊 Love your videos always!
Robert, there is something about you that is always so calming….not matter what I know I can come on over to your channel, sit and relax….like if I was on a sinking ship I would want to go down with you….like yeah we know we might die but you would be so calm about it 😂
@@annaelisavettavonnedozza9607 and people aren’t really buying big palettes soooo not sure what they did there. A collection of smaller things with an option for individual or collection purchase would make more sense in this economy imo.
That Glossier “summer capsule collection” just seems like something to keep people distracted (and spending) while they try to come up with something impressive.
Thanks for the video and product presentation. I feel most products are highly over priced. I spend most of my money for good skin care, good foundation and powder. I do love contours and just fell in love with the new lip pencil products. Enjoy all your videos. Much love from USA.
One thing I like about those Anastasia blushes is the tiny applicator. Depending on how pigmented they are, it gives those of us who prefer a more natural flush better control than other applicators. Mac is ridiculous. We’ll see that palette on the clearance rack in a couple of months.
I know this comment might not get seen, but I really enjoy the format of the "Rate as you go" video! I just thought, instead of trying to rate each one with a specific number as you go, this might work better: -Give opinions on Release "A". Then as you move to the next one you can slot it "better than" or "worse than" Release "A." As you get more releases / products into the line-up, you can go "better than release A, but worse than release C." At the end, you'll have a numbered list that, I feel, would be far more accurate to your opinion rather than hoping you slotted things correctly on first try and having to try to predict if something else will or won't show up later that getting slotted where you're really didn't want to slot it! Thanks for all the great content, and I really enjoy your energy and how genuine you always are. Keep it up! :)
Glossier...UGH. but i jave been been using Naturium for about 8 months, and i like it a LOT. The moisturizer, the retinoid, the lactic and glycolic, skin barrier cream, all work welk for me

I would be interested in seeing you try out the Victoria Beckham brow gels, as that brush intrigues me.
The Cosmic Brushes eyeshadow pallets BEAUTIFUL!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 xxxxxxxxx
I'm honestly just glad that ABH didn't use a friggin sponge tip applicator! The packaging is giving drugstore though. Kackie reviewed these and they actually are really beautiful!
Love LOVE this eye look on you
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I like your concept of compiling the list this way. I'm also addicted to your feedback and opinions of all these different products, THANK YOU! 🙏🏼💝
I am new to your channel, and what drew me to watch was your beautiful makeup application - particularly your eye shadow. Is there a method to use when picking eye shadow colors? If I applied some of the colors you have used beautifully people would think I worked as a circus clown!
Hiiii! Happy Monday!!! 🖤
Happy Monday!! 🖤
Happy Monday everyone❤
I LOVED LOVE LOVE this type of review! I get a nice look at a variety of products. Please do more of these. Thank you!
Love Victoria Beckham eyeliner and Patrick Ta eyeshadow and blush. Need to try VB tinted eyebrow
Cosmic brushes' formula makes my soul happy. I have the Delights and Winter ones, sometimes I just open the palettes and just stare at them 🖤
I like the diapenser on thw ABH blushes. It looks easier to apply than a doe foot applicator.
I knew as soon as you put Cosmic Brushes in number 2 that you were going to regret it later. Their shadows are SO GOOD!! I bought some at Christmas because I saw you use them and I wasn't disappointed. 💜
Love your videos you always provide me with all the makeup news I missed out on ❤
Thank you so much!!!! 🖤🖤🖤
I agree I think I would’ve put those palettes at number 1. They’re exciting. 😊
I really like the MAC 40 shade palette you showed. Gorgeous.
I bought the cooltrals and nudetrals palettes and I’m so excited for them to arrive
your makeup videos are so good 💜🖤💜🖤
Robert, there is something about you that is always so calming….not matter what I know I can come on over to your channel, sit and relax….like if I was on a sinking ship I would want to go down with you….like yeah we know we might die but you would be so calm about it 😂
I love MAC but that palette is giving Morphe. 😅
100% it is. It’s all shades we already have & nothing new
@@annaelisavettavonnedozza9607 and people aren’t really buying big palettes soooo not sure what they did there. A collection of smaller things with an option for individual or collection purchase would make more sense in this economy imo.
Can you review the Colourpop liquid blushes they just came out with? ❤
I’ve never been a fan of Mac’s shadows. 150 dollars?? Nope
Too much for my blood for shades I might not wear😢
That Glossier “summer capsule collection” just seems like something to keep people distracted (and spending) while they try to come up with something impressive.
Kevin Banaff and Johnny talked about it on their recent podcast..... kevin defitihad some throughts 😂
Thanks for the video and product presentation. I feel most products are highly over priced. I spend most of my money for good skin care, good foundation and powder. I do love contours and just fell in love with the new lip pencil products. Enjoy all your videos. Much love from USA.
I have the MAC palette and LOVE it for cosplays 😊
One thing I like about those Anastasia blushes is the tiny applicator. Depending on how pigmented they are, it gives those of us who prefer a more natural flush better control than other applicators. Mac is ridiculous. We’ll see that palette on the clearance rack in a couple of months.
I know this comment might not get seen, but I really enjoy the format of the "Rate as you go" video! I just thought, instead of trying to rate each one with a specific number as you go, this might work better:
-Give opinions on Release "A".
Keep it up! :)
That was fun! And hearing Robert say something is "dusty crusty" is a vibe I totally understand!🤭🤭🤭🤣🤣🤣
Robert over here casually slaying with that hair and makeup.
I love Robert's devious giggle lol
For 150 I would want those MAC eyeshadows to apply themselves
Such a pretty eye look 😍
Glossier...UGH. but i jave been been using Naturium for about 8 months, and i like it a LOT. The moisturizer, the retinoid, the lactic and glycolic, skin barrier cream, all work welk for me
Your eyes always look great but they are particularly stunning in this video. Did you say what you are wearing? I must’ve missed it if you did. Love your videos :)
Practice, practice. One of these days I’m going to make my brown eyes as beautiful as yours! 😍
