Thank you for sharing that with us Kiri. The part about your son being so supportive of you made me tear. There were parts that made me cringe as well. Yet, it is good to be taken out of ones comfort zone once in a while. I value that about our friendship and the enlightenment it brings me. I love you babe. If you ever need an ear, I am always here.

Thanks for sharing your journey, I've been watching a lot of this kind of videos because I'm myself almost 3 months into my HRT so it's always inspiring to me 😊 Greetings from México! ❤

Glad it helps. I know I got off topic a lot.. But that's kind of my personality anyway lol. If there's anything specific you'd like to know about, feel free to ask and I'll try to cover it .❤

My goal with this part of my channel is to help break down misconceptions and unknowns about trans ppl in a constructive way as well as give insight so that non trans people can better empathize with what we go through. I'm not now nor will I ever ask for pity.. but being able to see and understand someone else's pain is what being truly human is about. And that understanding can ONLY come with knowledge.

Aww thanks ! But I'm just a gal speaking her mind.im not afraid to admit when I'm wrong when presented with compelling evidence. Um glad I'm able to inspire some people tho. That makes it worth it

Thank you again for sharing your story. I used to feel so stupid about understanding what transgender meant but our conversations have helped me to understand! I’m so happy that you’re finally able to shine the way you’ve always meant to. You’re beautiful, you’re strong and you’re an inspiration of strength! Love u

Just a note from your film student brother 😊. The background music is nice, but needs to be lower volume, current level makes hearing you speak difficult. Love you sis. 💚

I have a question, I'm English so our healthcare system is different from yours, but will you have to pay for the hormones in the future out of your own pocket? Or is there some sort of subsidization?
Also don't worry about missing the "woman stuff" growing up, I seemed to miss half the stuff I needed to know as a teenager lol!
You and your son's mum sound like you raised him well.
Also good for you for sharing this stuff! I found it really interesting, but I'm sure it will help other people who have/are in your situation.

Here in HK g Kong there is NO subsidization.. everything I must pay for myself.all the health insurance either disallow transgender medicinandtreatmnt specifically or they class it as pre existing or elective so therefore it's not covered. All the hormones, blood tests, doctor consultations, surgeries... all are not covered under ANY health care insurance in Hong Kong. I HAVE heard if a public clinic.. but you have to wait up to 2 YEARS for the FIRST consultation then like 16 months more before they WILL CONSIDER putting you on HRT. 3.5 YEARS before ANY real action would be taken... I would be dead alread. Many of is come out at the point of absolute desperation... it's not a casual thing... we need help NOW

@@KiriMorning She's coming to the States again next year (2020). I will have to travel 300 miles (480 km) to see her and book a room but I'd like to see her just once. I think the first video I saw of her's was Hatsune Miku and Gumi - Spinal Fluid Explosion Girl. then The world is mine. It just snowballed after that. Cool to find another Miku fan. Do you Nico Nico where you live?
