it's easier to grab pallets by the open side with the forklift, you also need all anchor points to be green so you can lock the pallet. it can be a pain
You can't get them from the side of the truck can you?? Have you go through the rear?
@@TheHomeOfEverythingSimulation you can't, but for example once they're on the floor it's easier to use the open side

I would love to see more videos on this. A series if your planning to do one and up to a hour long video each time if possible. I would like to see what the game involves as your build the factory up.

I finished the playtest and I agree 100% about needing some more work but it has a charm to it. Hopefully it gets cleaned up shortly after release!

Whoever made the game doesn't know how to stack sacks onto a pallet... the rows should be interlocked. :)
Or how a hand pallet lifter (whatever it's called) works, in 90% of the cases you *pull* it behind you, not push it in front.
Yeah I agree, it should be 4 bags and 2 bags on the bottom than flip it around so the 4 bags sit on the 2 on the bottom and the 2 go on the other side, so rotated 180 if you know what I mean lol.

i have watched so many people pick the pallets up wrong and say the forklift needs work lol
I mean, Britto has the right idea trying to pick up pallets on the side, but the dev has programmed them to be picked up only on the open side. The Tines ("forks") should go through the wood as Britto is doing it as the wood underneath stops the pallet from rocking forwards and falling off the Tines while moving it on the forklift. The pallets in the game are also 4 way entry Euro pallets. Not Standard 2 way entry I'm used to. Personally though, even 4 way pallets are easier to use if you enter through the opening. I will enjoy watching Britto play this one, but don't think I'll play it myself. Tedious enough unloading trucks at work all day.... :) haha
100% right mate, the pallet and forklift work is draining lol, but yeah they are 4 way pallets and they auto-load the wrong way for us Aussies :)

I just think it needs a little bit of work, it should be made super simple as the game is about making beer not a forklift Simulator 🤣

I noticed when you were able to get the pallets to lock in they auto rotated 90 degrees so I'm thinking they only work if you load from the opposite angle.
Yeah they do rotate, but you can't get them that angle out of the truck which is weird.
@@TheHomeOfEverythingSimulation The forks on the jack are too short for the open side. Also, the ramp on the truck is too small to fit the jack and the pallet oriented open side in so it kind of actually makes sense. Although I would agree that using the forklift and opening the side of the truck would be more convenient, if it were possible at all.

You are grabbing the pallets by the wrong side.
They are 4 way euro pallets, there is no wrong side. But I do agree, but either way they are bugged like crazy and still need a lot of work :)

Boo the play-Test was the same as the Demo/prologue play & yes it is very bug out in the game the bag keep getting stuck and you can jump up & send the stuff your use throw the floor and the truck keeps bug out & y keep getting sent some where in the map game is very bug out
