The carnival ride at the beginning gets my appreciation I've made a few SM carnival rides myself and the physics in SM can be a battle in themselves. If the creator could make a Kan style piston extension which pushes a block over a row of indiviually spaced sensors then two buttons could be used to carry out an operator controlled semi automatic or totally automatic sequence. Operator sits in the seat then presses a switch which operates the safety bars and floor also starts the piston pulsing. Then 1 push of a button begins the blocks movement which then moves either by the user pressing the "Extend" or "Retract" button causing the pistons block to be pushed over the next sensor. Automated use could advance the pistons block each time the main arm makes a revolution. The revolution being detected with a colour block and appropriate sensor. Sensors then being connected to logic blocks controlling the various spin motors etc.
Hello there, I like this idea however I much prefer the do it yourself method, aka manually pressing buttons. Having it like this makes the overall experience less boring as you feel like a ride operator pressing all these buttons making each cycle you ride on it unique. However I would like to learn how to do automated rides as I think that would boost my game knowledge 🙃
@@DerpyCatNugget Trying to help out and explain a totally new way of building a Multifunctional Programable Logic Control Sequencer (PLC) within SM and within a few characters without writing a documentary or falling into a Rap paragraph battle is the reason I don't use Twitter.. A few ideas would need Kans extending piston at its heart. Explanation can be found used on his early auto farm on YT. The piston could push past a line of sensors at a controlled rate. Place sensors in any place you want to switch something. Then Use Set / Reset latches for each sensor you want to toggle on/off. Lets say the first sensor on the line turns on and sets motor 1 running by toggling that memory bit on then you only need an off pulse from say sensor 5. I found Using a controller powered bearing interrupting a sensor or two as a pulse connected to the "Extend" button works.
I loved the transformer build, maybe you can do a video looking at more transformers on scrap mechanic if there are anymore. Love the video though keep up the awesome content.
That Transformers Ratchet build was based on Ratchet from the Transformers movie. We don't remember exactly, but it looks like it was actually designed to mimic Ratchet's original transformation sequence.
That Ratchet was based on his appearance in Dark of the Moon and Age of Extinction. And are you talking the original transformation as in G1 or his movie transformations?

Not really. All that would add over a wheeled survival base is extreme tediousness due to the slow speed and slow turning, not to mention the frustration of getting the movement system to work under the weight of all the refineries and what not and the inability to outrun even the totebots. I mean no-one has ever done it yet, and I think it should be obvious why.
The transformer Ratchet you showed is actually a real transformer from the Micheal bay movies, and has lived from the first movie in 2007 to the fourth movie in 2014, where he got blown up by the human organization Cemetary Wind. he also showed up in the reboot called Bumblebee.( just some lore if you want to read, yw)
Nice to see Scrapman showing off things from his community... but maybe he could try out an idea from his community too? Day 133 of asking for a Multiplayer Monday in survival mode where everyone starts at the crashed ship with a craftbot in the mechanic station. Everyone has 30 minutes to build a vehicle from scratch, gathering their own materials. No glitches, thrusters allowed, after which everyone meets up and races their builds
That transformer was amazing. And yes Ratchet was the Autobots medic, so an actual . Just thinking about the programing that must have taken kinda blows my mind.
If you like transformers in this game that much, please do an episode, where you go through the creations of LuapTheGreat. He was an important part for me and many more to the Scrap Mechanic Experience and also the reason I bought the game.
Can definitely say that the salvage ship is inspired by the Vulture, sadly it's missing over 3/4 of the interior. If you want to give me some time ScrapMan, I am working on a (as true I can get it) replica, that when I'm done I can send a steam link for a follow up.
Personally I liked the walker i don’t have a computer but if I did scrap mechanic would be one of my favorite games (though I sometimes don’t play a game for months then suddenly get back into it)
Scrapman, your next video you should search your own name on the workshop and see what new stuff there is. It's been a while since you did that, and it was a good video last time.
I'm surprised you aren't familiar with Ratchet, he's one of the most recurring transformers across all the series (the one you took a look at is how he looked in the Micheal Bay movies)
Rachet is the medic for the autobots. This version of him is from the live action 2006 movie with my favorite line from him "the boys pheromone levels suggest he wants to mate with the female". Eventually getting killed in 2014s "Transformers Age of Extinction" by the bounty hunter Lockdown hired by The CIA to hunt and kill the remaining transformers and rachet would go on to be melted down for his parts and metals to make super soldiers for Kinetic Solutions Incorporated (KSI)
Yeah and just like star citizen it has no instructions. Also just like star citizen he glitched and exploded. Truly catching the star citizen experience. Lol
@4:00 it looks like you tried to take it in directions it wasn't designed for. Perhaps design one that uses pistons like little muscles, many many pistons, that can expand and contract to allow for A lot more freedom of movement of the ride... ???
Thanks for showing my Transformer. Ive build some more so maybe you should go for a workshophunter episodes themed for transforming vehicles :D
my friend and i love your ratchet transformer
Noice
Отличная работа, чувак!
Наблюдать за трансформацией - это удовольствие!
Is its transformation based off of a toy? i swear i had a ratchet toy that transformed almost that exact way
@@andipandabear1 Yes it is I found that toy in our basement and had to rebuild it ingame

@Gavin Yeett 2.0 Yeah. I usually number them then add an index at the begging. My bad. Lol.
Ah yes 𝐀 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲
Btw the big space in the train engine is where the engine would be in the real vehicle

Yes he should definitely do this. There are more and i just finished another one ;)
@@DavidBaguetta_official awesome
There was a RUclipsr called Luap the Great that used to do scrap mechanic transformers but he no longer uploads

Yes, he should do an episode on transformers

That walking station is AWESOME! Make me want to build one in survival.

Scrapman should do a walking base survival challenge like the mobile base but walker instead of wheels this time

Rachet lookin amazing.
Btw please build a futuristic electric car.

Took a few days ;)
@@DavidBaguetta_official I can only imagine. Amazing creation!

love that last one. orbital strike pod. it would be cool to see it destroy some creations but that's probably too laggy.

The first build is so crazy
That's so epic. The got immortal Joe's vehicle from Mad Max fury road
All of these were amazing, That moving house was badass :0 def want one of those irl😝
I like how ScrapMan got all of the railroad terms wrong.
I am a transformers fan and every time I see a transformer in one of your videos it makes my day, so thank you 😊
When you notice scrapman hasn’t changed at all in the past 5 years
Star citizen is a game you fortunately haven't played, scrapman lol
Damn, i always miss these, i have some creations but the timezones dont match lol
Same but, I just keep missing the discord notis.
My friend built the firetruck! He’s an amazing builder and we’ve learned a lot together.
Ratchet was the big bulky medic in the TV show and movies
Scrapman uploads at 6AM for me
This cube that releases explosives made me think, why not a battle with these types of launchers, or mini games to dodge them
I miss trailmakers workshop hunters :(
Hoping for more evolution challenges
Ayo my firetruck made it in!
Also congrats on 800K

14:50 the empty place in the train is where the engine is supposed to be irl. I think

pretty crazy episode ngl
It would have been cool to launch the explosive rocket creation over a city or collection of vehicles to see what kind of damage it can do.

Why are cows so good at running gyms?

In a real train, that middle section would be occupied by the engine and all the other mechanical and electrical components.
