If it were you having this cyst removed, you would be wishing for a little bullshit numbing! Especially on spot as sensitive as the earlobe. Not having a cyst removed along with the sack, by a doctor, means it will just refill and have to be drained again in a few months

Ears are difficult to show because of how profusely they bleed. Why do we as humans always look for one to do bad without any proof that they did!
The weird thing about ear cysts is that you can hear the contents coming out when it’s squeezed. I haven’t had one since I was a teenager. I used to live down south and the hot humid weather coupled with cheap earrings would give me cysts behind my ears. My mom would pop them for me. It was always such a relief to get them drained. When I got older, I realized that I can’t wear cheap earrings. I have five piercings in each ear, but only wear gold earrings in the first piercing now. I live in Alaska now so the summers here are Glorious. No more cysts behind my ears.

For those that judge the clients so harshly, you are wrong because you can get a pimple, a blackhead, or a cyst anywhere there is hair, which means anywhere on your body. If you've never had a pimple in your ear or behind your ear then you should get one. They are some of the most painful pimples you can get. So please don't judge, most of these are caused by the sun and not dirty skin.
I used to get these on the backs of my ear lobes. It was horrible. I was also lucky enough to get my first pimple in 3rd grade and by junior high I had a face that is similar to the ones I see on her vids. Thank you for being so kind.

Actually, it doesn't always have to come out. I had a cyst on my cheek that I messed with for hours until I popped it. I wasn't able to get everything out, because it was so deep, but I got a fair amount. It went away in a few days and never returned. That was in 2016.

Unless the sac comes out of the hole enough where she can pull it out, she is not allowed to cut open the skin to remove it and suture it.
The sac might have been removed offscreen.
The sac was breaking down. You can see it in the blood when it comes out.
