They simply didn't want to show it, it will be a skill count ability with the directional inputs or a skill that it will be activate when we are in sparking mode or simply for the complete version of the UI. Riku pay attention this isnt ui goku's ultimate because after the "ult" he does have ki and in ultimates they take all of your ki so pay attention
