Yeah. It's best not to compare yourself to anyone. You'll only get more depressed. Instead, look to be better than you were the day before. I'm not good enough to compete in anything. I had to stop because I couldn't win to save my life and it made me clinically depressed. I just try to beat my past records now on my personal range. Still depressed, but not to the point I can't get out of bed anymore.
He carries in his smile and in his eyes joy, humility and serenity, characteristics that are rare and difficult to find in a person these days. Being friends with someone like Jeff must be amazing.

Such a nice guy, very friendly and a great sport, too. And to think we wrestled against each other at 155 lbs., if I remember the year correctly. Great to see Jeff again in this news story!

I work at Petersons store in North Branch. Jeff comes in about once a week. Today he came in and I challenged him to an arm wrestling match. Next time he comes in we are gonna do it hopefully. I know I'm gonna get destroyed but it'll be awesome to just compete against a professional. Jeff is a really nice guy too. Never cocky, very down to earth guy.
Does he work at Bolander and sons as a loader operator/scale house guy? I met him lots of times at work a dozen years ago. He really is a cool guy. He looks exactly the same.
I also had a chance to arm wrestle him. I obviously had no chance but he was a good sport. I remember him giving me tips on how to arm wrestle. It's been a few years now.
At one point, my brother was ranked 11th in the state of Wisconsin (1990’s). We were a dairy farm family (AKA…we know how to work hard with heavy items). When I moved to Dallas, I could not be beat in arm wrestling. I was 5 feet tall and 120 pounds, all muscle. Cool bar trick for me.
