You two nailed it: the Nautilus is great but it loses its charm after wearing it for a while. The Royal Oak on the other hand never gets old on the wrist. I'm speaking as an owner of both Jumbos. I'll never get ride of either of them because they are both gorgeous pieces.
Opinions differ on this subject. Over time Radon gas builds up in the watch and if a watchmaker opens it and breathes it in (since he is sitting real close with his face to the watch) it is not recommended. Haha

A vintage dealer focused on Day-Date is unlikely to have all the answers to a question regarding vintage Heuer for example. But most dealers we follow in Instagram our trusted.
