The fact that you can still talk without sounding out of breath, while remaining in front , eating all that wind and pulling the peloton at that speed makes me wish I could have a coach like you. Please put out some videos on how to be that strong on a bicycle. Is it gym work Core Strength? Bicycle Cardio sessions? You gents are amazing! Subscribed!
You’re very analytical. Glad to know you find this episode to your liking. Thank you for the suggestions. I will keep these in mind and slowly merge them in future episodes how we keep a sustainable, cost effective approach to staying in shape and competitive with extremely limited time to bike simply because our life now is dictated by the nuances of work and social responsibilities that do not involve a bike
Hi Cruz..I am from Malaysia..I loved all your videos👌..I really like your full set cycling jersey especially the blue and the white colour..may I know how can I get them? 🙂
Hello Annuar. How are you. Thank you for analysis watching our content. We can ship a set via DHL to Malaysia or we can bring stocks to Singapore and make the arrangements from our SG group
Nice ride, but I have an observation. I don't know the team and riders, but it seems like the pulls were too long, especially for some of the riders. Shorter pulls in a rotation might have been more efficient. It takes superior conditioning to stay on the front and pull at that speed. Even pro's rotate, because it's simply more efficient and helps keep a faster overall pace during a breakaway, or to catch a breakaway. Z was swerving because he was tired and nearly gassed out.
Good point D. Spot on. For context, these pulls were pre determined from the start. The boys on this particular episode are on an apprenticeship experiential learning. They are not on the advanced stage yet with Fast rotation dynamics. These moves require so much coordination and high level of awareness. Soon, on the next episodes you will notice these skills will be added in stages until they perform and perfect the skills. They only started to bike and have no prior back ground so it will take time. Thank you again for your detailed observation. Am sure our viewers appreciate it
