With the crabs only bother if there is mud or a weed bed. The big ones one live there or in deep underwater rocks. Rock walls have only baby ones, great video!
@@mick8232 Nah ... I was just camping at Fingal Head the weekend and got to fish around the area. Got to go back one day though there so many places to try out.
No not really, but I know a lot of people catching tailor during the winter season around the sand pumping jetty at the Spit at the end of Sea World in Gold Coast. You have to pay like $1.5 to get on the jetty but I'v heard it's worth it. Will give that a try maybe next winter season.
Yeah thanks with flathead you need some gang hooks on a pilchard and cast it out with a big sinker every 2 minutes reel it in 2 winds hope fully get the bait on top of its head , mullet also works I prefer pilchards WHOLE I caught my pb 73cm doing that on the Maroochydore river but it works any where really, with bream in Brisbane go to the old Clontarf bridge on the Clontarf side with a size 8 baitholder hook with a piece of Peeled prawn with light gear you catch baby flathead, estuary cod, rock cod, bream, whiting and Tarwhine you cast inbetween the 3 cement things you get an almost instant bite went there last week nd got 1 keeper bream 3 cod 1 tarwhine and 4 whiting
@@nrlandoutdoor2966 That's pretty good and useful tips. I went out to the Clontarf bridge a few times and no success. The current was too strong in mid bridge.
