Dexter is a blood splatter analyst for miami metro in the show! Hes a serial killer that goes and kills criminals that got away with their crimes! There is so much more to it and that was the most basic explanation but the show is so good lol 😂 they also have spin offs of it! 2 out and one in production

Man, I literally JUST got 2 ER palettes in the mail on friday that I purchased on the black Friday sale and then they got caught up in the Canada Post strike and before I can even try them a bunch of drama about the brand goes down making me feel bad for getting them now :(
You don’t need to feel bad for using makeup you’ve already spent money on. You didn’t know and I think it would be wasteful to not use it. I understand though I have one of their palettes and while I’m still gonna use it, it does sour my feelings about it.
Same, I ordered via Monolith Europe a few days ago and the palettes haven’t even arrived yet, so it’s going to feel kind of bitter when they arrive 😕 But like @glowyaf says, we didn’t know and there’s no point in being wasteful either.

I’m so happy for him making it to the second round and he’s still in 1st place! He’s got this 🥳 I was really sad to see Gisselle being attacked and threatened again online! She really seems like a great person, who works her butt off and would never purposely hurt anyone or want them to have a bad experience with Glamlite products. People can take things way too far! It’s lipgloss. Gisselle took care of the customer and also refunded her for the other order that hasn’t been delivered yet. I don’t like how the customer was talking to Gisselle and all the keyboard warriors just throwing hate to her and the brand! Like you said it’s just makeup! I recently found out that Brands can pay to find out what the Pantone Color of the year is early. It was like a total…..well DUH 🙄 Lauren moment for me lol! I’ve always wondered how brands release collections, clothes and home decor so quickly after the color of the year is announced. I’ve been trying to get the new shimmering lipgloss from Cover Girl and the new Maybelline liquid blush and highlights but when I go to Target they are sold out or they are all locked up and it takes forever for someone to come help me. My Ulta has been sold out of them. I’m trying to get them but it’s not working out. I love testing out new mascara, bronzer and blush! The new Haus Labs mascara look really amazing but I want to see reviews from people like you and my other favorite content creators I love ❤️ and trust! There are so many different fragrances I want to try out and the new Marc Jacobs fragrance sounds amazing! The Sephora favorite sets have always been some of my favorite things to buy! This Holiday sets this year have all looked so amazing! Okay, Urban Decay! They have done really well this year in my opinion. I watched 'Lost' the TV show when it came out. I'm now watching it back as a adult and not as a child, it's honestly a really good show but as the seasons progress the characters annoy me and making decisions that put them in jeopardy.
I hadn't heard much about the ER situation but honestly I am not surprised. I feel they have always been lax on taking a clear stand about their values/ethics and this really is the last straw for me. I actually regret buying their most recent palette but they will never see another cent from me. I am tired of the half arsed apologies and their actions not matching their words. For the folks who are criticizing the decision of customers and creators like Allie for taking a step back, I'd like to say the following: if you are [also] transphobic, just say that 😏 Brands understand that their actions can *easily* be tracked and their activity is *very* visible on social media. ER is not a new brand and have faced the heat before over their use of AI, so it's not a case of them not knowing how to navigate their actions in a personal vs public space either. Therefore, if there is evidence of ER liking anti-trans content, it is not a simple misunderstanding. There is also no excuse. Period! For the folks whose lives and/or loved ones have been targeted by anti-trans rhetoric, this is more serious than 'just having an opinion' and their alleged support of trans hate goes beyond possibly offending current or potential customers. Choosing to engage with that content was and IS a conscious choice and a loud statement in this political climate - an unneccessarily hateful one at that. As a sidenote, as a brown skinned person, I've always side eyed their lack of inclusivity and diversity when it comes to their branding and even their social media page. I have to scroll several thumbs down before seeing someone that looks even remotely like a person of color represented. If their brands suffers as a result of their own ignorance, good riddance!

I will definitely be buying the Natasha Denona “boring” palette. I love mattes and her shadows. Not everything has to be duochrome, foiled, blue, green or a freakin of colors. Love simple, blendable shadows. This does not compare to elf. I’m sure this will be an unpopular opinion on here 😮

I’m all for accountability. However-posting only a story to address the situation isn’t accountability. I waited to see what they would say before pulling back. They neglected to address the AI issues even when they stated they would no longer be using AI (to which they still are) and instead of making a post to address them liking anti trans post, they only made an apology through a story. I felt they should have addressed it head on instead of something that disappears in 24 hours. I’m not cancelling the brand but I am taking a step back for the time being. Especially when our values do not align ❤
@ShiraHes yes, I just wish that we could stand up for one another and give the brand the benefit of the doubt instead of jumping on the mob band wagon immediately. It promotes more hate, in my opinion, and is just sad to me. I love ER and hope it's not the end for them too.
ER promised earlier this year that the rest of their releases would feature non-AI, commissioned art, and now they yet again are coming out with a release with AI art. Regarding the anti-trans posts they have posted a very impersonal, half-assed (in my opinion) apology on their story that doesn’t even cover half of what people are asking them to take accountability for. ER had every chance to take accountability and do better, and they didn’t.

Regarding the anti-trans posts they have posted a very impersonal, half-assed (in my opinion) apology on their story that doesn’t even cover half of what people are asking them to take accountability for. ER had every chance to take accountability and do better, and they didn’t.
