I'm an FC Pune city fan but this is the best rivary in Asia and India. From ISL 2014 only ATK should not have been made. East Bengal and Mohun Bagan should have been bought by franchisee and there should have been 2 Kolkata teams in ISL.
These clubs are the reason football came to India. ISL needs to be changed into a league format minus the playoffs and all Indian clubs including legacy should get to play there.

EB and MB are such clubs in Indian football, also Mohammedan sporting another club from Kolkata has such support base. Kolkata clubs are envy to other clubs in India.

There should Tier 1 Isl for Top clubs and Tier 2 for small clubs with promotion and relegation system.It increased compataviness in both players and in fans.
