I think it depends if you're getting an upper and/or lower procedure. I had to get both done, so I was put to sleep for mine. The worst part in my opinion is the pre-procedure (the liquid diet and drinking the giant concoction of miralax and gatorade). Best of luck with the procedure!
Hmmm ... are fannies back in style?? $85 was my guess. Do you have a SuperWalmart near you? My prep includes the Dulcolax pills and a bottle of lemon-lime flavored magnesium citrate (ice cold). It tastes a bit like flat Sprite. That expensive prep stuff was like drinking the ocean and gave me a banging headache! Never again!!
Yes fanny packs are back in style haha. I live near a few Walmarts for shopping, but the good ones are a bit of commute from me. I never had to drink magnesium citrate for my procedures, and I’ve heard that they’re definitely not the best either. Proud of you for pushing through!

I have my first colonoscopy tomorrow. I am a little nervous, never had one before. Are they bad? I hope I get put to sleep.
