These shows like to write about a woman coming back after 5 years of being missing with children but they never include the pregnancy time. She ran off before she gave birth which means she's been missing for 6 years not 5.... Those children are not 4. I don't care how smart you're making those children, they are not 4 years old. Also there is no way in 4 or 5 years that she became this infamous doctor that everybody searching for.
This doesn't bother me as much as these tiny women having litters of children and keeping their figures.

I can't find the logic in the behavior of the female protagonist. It can be understood that she did not want to say that the ML was the father of her children when she thought he was a "duck", but now she clearly knows that he is not, she also knows that the man she slept with is him, not the nephew.
