Wow Naomi literally sold me on all the looks. Those glasses with the wrap dress and head wrap was stunning. Such talented women and Naomi is so stunning it should be a crime.
❤
Aww, that's not a wrap dress, it's a traditional outfit called 'buba and iro'. Buba is the top, iro is the wrapper. Folake Coker said it around 9:02 - 9:12
Naomi you are super super your abilities and diversity are excellent thank you for promoting self awareness to be in fashion beauty etc etc etc i am so proud of what you are doing keep the positive up thanks greatly

I love this platform for her. The media has a way of skewing perceptions... she gets to be herself and actually control the narrative about her own image. I’m not a Naomi stan but I’ve been watching and realize now that she’s grown and has definitely been misunderstood over the years. I see you Naomi! ❤️
I am a Naomi STAN. I am sure every human being has complicity and varsity as a full/complete person, thank Yah!
Naomi is single handedly elevating African fashion to the world. She is showcasing all these beautiful creations that were made by African women and showing the world the rich history, culture and beauty of African clothes. Absolutely commendable! Thanks so much Naomi!
Nigerian fashion
@@chrisoghenetegamaloney5799 Nigerian Fashion is also African fashion
@@KupsieInk
Just keep the same energy when a Nigerian does something bad.
@@chrisoghenetegamaloney5799
You are soooooo right.
This is Nigerian fashion.
@@asanwa3126 African countries often get lumped together whether it's good or bad. We can be happy about our achievements as well criticize the bad things too. But if Nigeria isn't Africa, then I am sorry, my bad 🙄🙄
I love how excited she was to be there..
I concur.....she seem very free and happy 😆 to be there.
Naomi looked so regal and elegant in the wrapper and Gele.
I have always loved being Black - but these beautiful, absolutely gorgeous people in Africa have leveled up my pride exponentially! Go Deh, Africans! You make me proud - BIG Up yourselves! And to ALL the Black people viewing this: You are indeed the children of Yah - don't ever forget that💖💖💖.
I love our diasporic people too, big ups to you 🤭
@Miki Rose I feel the same pride! This showcase of beautiful African people, fashion, and arts was so Amazing! I love it! 💕💜💜❤️❤️
same so...big up
Love all of you my people from all around the world
I am a young South African Zulu woman (25). I have dreams to own a shop like this myself, I had conceptualized and starting forming plans as to how I will reach this dream even prior to knowing such a shop exists and to see is in full form (in this video) is confirmation that my dream is valid. That my dream is possible. You have an absolutely stunning shop Mam ( I use Mam in respect and admiration and recognising that you are elder in experience and knowledge and downright hard work, nothing to do with age, so I mean no offense, just praise). This has brought tears to my eyes. Your shop is beautiful. I cannot congratulate and praise you more. Just absolutely beautiful!!!!!
Queen Naomi. Thank you for using your platform to share this with us.
This video has said to me, it is possible Anele, so thank you ❤🇿🇦.
Exciting 🤩🤩🤩🤩
Good luck to you. I hope you realise your dream.
Keep dreaming anele✊🏾
Your dream will come true. We need more of this throughout the African Continent.
*All the best and I pray it comes to pass.Let that dream manifest into reality! It would be awesome to walk in an African mall with only African merchandises from around Africa only.Imagine Mai-Mai meets the World 🔥🔥😁😊!!*
African fashion is fantastic! In the Caribbean, it is a part of our wardrobes because of the diaspora. Thanks, Naomi, for showcasing African fashion and culture. You look amazing! 🤩🤩👑

When I visit the Continent, I definitely want to visit Lagos. Nok has to be one of my stops. Those pieces that Naomi modelled in the shop looked gorgeous and regal. I especially loved the dress with the black, white and blue pattern. Naomi is correct - that type of look would never go out of style.
Inspiring, I love how Naomi supports women, black-owned and African businesses, her appreciation and dissemination is top-notch!!! Loved this, can’t wait to rock more African prints this summer.

Forget Eddie Murphy they all hypocrites
Has Eddie Murphy even been to Africa?
He did try shame...he did wear a vest by Maxhosa South African designer. But I wish he could have done more.

I really appreciate how your showing a different side to Africa, A positive one - that is contrary to what mainstream media has propagated for so many years about us. Be blessed!
Just thinking that too. I am sure there are so many ignorant people who would never think about beautiful spaces, like that boutique and the restaurant, existing on the African continent. All the media shows is negativity.
@@EmilyS1898 And it is VERY ANNOYING that the media(esp western etc) likes to focus on that.
Simply beautiful to see Naomi blossoming...it's as though she has finally found what (maybe) she was always meant to do...that is ...inspiring people at a deeper level (sharing heart experiences) and engaging us all on a broader raft of passions...well done Naomi. Inspired by what you're doing xxx Much love from another educator ...doing similar, back in the UK. Thea Xxx
well done Naomi! growing up in Nigeria, never thought a day like this will come! thanks for all you do for the continent! that's why you are the queen! Ageless Beauty! The G.O.A.T!!

I totally luv this Naomi!!! The vivid colors and texture of the garments were breathtaking.❤
@Naomi. You killed it in the blue outfit with the "gele". As a flag carrying Nigerian modern chic representing female. You had the "I ain't got your time " attitude to your walk and the purse clutched. Girl!!!!
Loved it all from A to Z !!!
I love African culture, art, fashion, and food. I got to see all of it in one place!!!
Naomi always looks beautiful!!!

That turquoise IroBuba look was giving me everything.
Totally agree... Africa is SO inspiring. Went to Cape Town and got a suit and pants done with African motifs. 15 yrs later it's still my favourite outfit and I still can't get enough of African prints.

Sincere thanks for this enlightenment! This side of 50, a visit to Africa is on my travel wishlist. We met ages ago my fellow Gemini and you are still wonderful!
Now I for sure want to go to Lagos. As a South African I'm always spoilt to bump into people from different parts of the continent and think I didn't have to fly anywhere an entire country came to me through this one person. Such a treat. I think of the mothers who held a child in their hands and then to be blessed with such love in human form in my part of the continent. I love this continent and its beauty in human form.
Every single outfit you tried on was absolutely stunning and I hope you bought every single piece❤ What a fun dressup show and now you've made me very hungry!!! Thankyou for posting💋
