Again another enjoyable kit! At a glance, this #miniature shop did not look that eye-catching, but once I started doing it, I found that there were just so many interesting miniature items to be created. Especially love the traditional pots and the little tablets on the wall.

I'm so impressed at how steady your hands are, and how you can tie the thinnest strings! I have tried making one of these mini kits before and I couldn't get things to stick together without making a huge mess with globs of glue. Your work is so neat!

Don't give up.... I sometimes think that we kid ourselves that our first attempt is going to be like what we see here... but it won't... most likely. But if it is something that you think you can obtain the tiniest bit of joy from making the attempt, I say GO FOR IT. I purchased a smaller kit, recommended by "Tiny Little Things" for a beginner... I'm waiting on a few tools to arrive and then I'm off! I don't expect it to turn out without flaws... but if it is something I can have fun with regardless... I shall forge ahead! Don't give up Jules!
@@pennysue8926 Thank you for your kind and wise words! I have ADHD, which makes it really hard for me to deal with frustrations and it makes me want to rush through things to get to the finish line. I did have a lot of fun when I did that first kit though so with your words in mind, I will try again! Hope yours turns out great as well!
My first couple of kits were a disaster. Smashed boxes, nearly superglued my fingers together a couple of times, trying to read directions, glue everywhere..LOL. I learned a few things from being bipolar. It's okay to rage quit. If it turns out terrible, no one is going to notice..most people are WOW..you made that???!!! If you can't do it, don't worry about it. I've left stuff out because it's too small for my hands to make. Less glue is more. I will never have steady hands and that's okay. And sometimes done is better than perfect. I love watching different people's videos for great tips as well. Hope that helps. Don't quit.

You're right though. Most times people don't even notice the "imperfections". "Good enough" is something I need to learn to live with.
