Floating blue glazes look great over glazes/slips with RIO like celadons, yellow, John's black, tenmoku etc. I spent a whole semester in my wheel throwing class in college making pieces just to test combos with rutile blue glazes. Another good one is copper red glazes over RIO Glazes. And vise versa if I recall correctly. Love your vids 👌
It's beautiful! Do you love it?
Sadly. No. But my mom stole it already...

It’s mesmerizing watching you glaze with a brush - even though you hate it. Beautiful result! Thanks for sharing your process!

7:51 that, is a very aesthetic shot. i never thought about it before, but the way the glaze soaks into the pot is pretty satisfying to watch.

love it nice piece.
With the background music, it felt like I was playing Zelda while watching a pottery video.
Manscape!😂
Why isn’t there a band near the top where you brushed on the other glaze?
Out of curiosity, why scrape the bottom versus using a sponge to wipe off the excess?
Is that a drip I see on the foot? Is that why you didn't show us?
Someone might have already asked this but what glue do you use? And this is a beautiful piece. Love the glaze.
Gorilla glue
Thank you
Nobody's bothered to ask what kind of crystal that is? Is that selenite?
