@@35mm_DREAM I sent a Legal Notice but they denied to receive the notice. I have filed a case against them. But they are not even replying to the emails or any correspondence. I am stuck here. Court is asking me the proof that the address is correct or not and if it is correct then prove that office is running or not. 😞
I would recommend staying away, as the support during the trip from the agent is pathetic. Additionally, they have no refund policy in their terms and conditions, so forget about getting a refund in case any issue arises.

@@nitinkaware ok , understand actualy i will travel from kanyakumari ..my to and fro tkt Kanyakuamri-Delhi-Kanyakumari is fixed ....so everything has to be planned within that booking for bus travel , risk of missing bus in case train late...hmm i reach delhi 25...my return is 31/12 early morning from delhi so 26-30 we have see both Manali and Shimla...it seems i will waste lot of time in case travel by bus...confused

The agent took the booking amount from me and did not give the booking amount to the hotel and canceled the hotel booking. After reaching the hotel, we came to know that we do not have any booking. The trip agent forcefully changed our hotel and said go to another hotel. At that time no one pick my call from travel agency. The trip agent also took money from us for sightseeing but didn't make us travel sightseeing. No service provided on time (like pickup and drop), Sighteeing etc.). We had to call again and again for every service and had to wait for long time daily. The behaviour of our trip agent *(Ms. Ritika from FOW/Road to Trip)* was very rude, arbitrary and confused. Travel agent cheated us. *Mr. Zaib Ali* (Travel triangle Holiday Expert) also not receive my call when agent change my hotel and not provide services to us. Hey brother,did you get your money back? I was planning to book from this agency and also had q conversation with their agent.But now i wont do that .

I only get the money back which I paid additionally; they did not refund any amount from the trip fare.
