And yea Ethan ends up grievously wounded, maimed, toyed with, chewed on and tortured over the course of the game. Hell, I’d say his only three reliable advantages all around are his you-know-what from the incident with Eveline, his drive to get his kid back, and of course the flashlight. Still manages to take down The major bosses and their underlings in the game. Chris gets some points for helping to take down the megamycete though. So there’s that.

This segment always feels like a reward for me. I mean after hours playing as Ethan and managing the resources to survive that even getting tens of rounds really feels helping (especially me who played this game in Hardcore difficulty where the enemies was tough and agile af), this segment where i can shot so much bullets without minding it feels so good.
as a gun guy and a gear hoarder this pleased me to see in the ending of the game. all the gear is correct and his team just badass. minus them actively wearing their NODs during the day in complete sunlight but it was still pretty baller nonetheless. A chad move. also their coats and them wearing flannel is what sold the look too. definitely will be picking up some extra gear and kit to cosplay them on my tiktok and instagram.
I had my 31s on my helmet when it would get close to dusk, but yeah mid day is just asking for serious neck pain or just having the safety break away on the Wilcox to snap when you accidentally get it caught on something.
i feel like this mission fits perfectly. all game you are the one trying to survive. Here you are the one that’s doing the hunting and it almost makes you op. something that resident evil doesn’t do which is for good reason but still.

A messy retcon. No way RE5 or classic Chris would have anything to do with Umbrella when he made his life goal to bring them down permanently. RE7 rebooted the franchise and pulled some mega bad Kojima retcon writing.
Watching this gameplay is so rough because he literally just stops shooting as the enemy is still up and coming at him along with he reloads after every 10 bullets and he never looks around or checks corners.
I feel Sense of Call of Duty in Here. Just I hope that Resident Evil 9 : Chris can call the air support maybe UAV Predator Drones, Air Force and maybe artillery. So, feels like Call of Duty. But, in here. Ethan Winters FPS is more like a survival field, but when using Chris Redfield, the sense of its mission like battlefield. There's difference feeling and sense in both of them. Survival and Battle. When using Ethan Winters, the place is so spooky, frightened and horror. But, for Chris, the place is so fun, warscene, make our adrenalin high like jump in the battlefield.

His squad you see in this game are former BSAA members who quit with him so I’d say you saw them.
Originally they were gonna have a 3 way fight between Chris, the lycans and the BSAA. Sadly they didn't go with it. I think it would've nice to see. Same with development with his hound wolf team.

I kinda don't understand why people think it's cod or this part is bad or some shits. To me this part is the most realistic from the game. This is what actually happens when an elite assualt team goes on a raid against the enemies that have only axes and bows. They won't stand a chance.
I think it's the best part of the game. Gives me scp vibes here.

Chris joined Blue Umbrella. Blue Umbrella is essentially an organisation with the intent to fix the mistakes of the old baddie Umbrella Corp.
Blue umbrella is made up of the former lower management of regular umbrella who decided to defect umbrella do to everything they did. And formed Blue umbrella providing top of the line medicine and dealing with bio Hazzard outbreaks and taking down red umbrella terriost cells. So yeah there the good guys now.
A messy retcon. No way RE5 or classic Chris would have anything to do with Umbrella when he made his life goal to bring them down permanently.
RE7 rebooted the franchise and pulled some mega bad Kojima retcon writing.
He’s pissed about it in RE7 too from the start he never trust Umbrella. But maybe something change his mind

Honestly I'm not complaining this is a military operation unlike other times they were expecting this and were prepared.
I'd rather have the whole game like this than play as whiny Ethan, the true villain of RE7 Mia, or their super powered daughter Alice...

Watching this gameplay is so rough because he literally just stops shooting as the enemy is still up and coming at him along with he reloads after every 10 bullets and he never looks around or checks corners.

I feel Sense of Call of Duty in Here. Just I hope that Resident Evil 9 : Chris can call the air support maybe UAV Predator Drones, Air Force and maybe artillery. So, feels like Call of Duty. But, in here. Ethan Winters FPS is more like a survival field, but when using Chris Redfield, the sense of its mission like battlefield. There's difference feeling and sense in both of them. Survival and Battle. When using Ethan Winters, the place is so spooky, frightened and horror. But, for Chris, the place is so fun, warscene, make our adrenalin high like jump in the battlefield.
