At that point you have to go rent some industrial AC units or even put in half a dozen window units, whatever it takes to keep cash flow flowing. I’m sure y’all could’ve hit up a Sunbelt rentals or commercial rental company to rent a portable AC unit within just a couple hours.

The 88 Toyota is my favorite year. The 88 Toyota was the last year for that body style and they were all fuel injected with power steering in 88. I've owned 10 Toyota trucks and 1 Toyota 4runner in that body style. I had a 1985 Toyota that had 475,000 mile on it and drove it on long trips all the time it never let me down.
I was at the Laundromat the week before this show looking for the blue dad hat that you just pulled out of boxes for the merch tent! Still spent money on shirts and hats! Wish we could have made it out for the show!
You already answered your next business idea man! Storage units are easy money with the right manager. Keep a few for yourself. Outside trailer and boat storage fills the lot as well.

All you need is an industrial fans in the front door going out to the back door blowing inside through the place and then your laundromat would be fine. Also they have those air conditioners that are inside the box square ones they work real good cooling the place so you can think about doing that if you wanted to.

I had a 96 Toyota Tacoma in Paradise blue with 5 speed manual and 4 wheel drive. Last year in October I was hit by a drunk driver and it was totaled. I enjoyed driving that thing around I was always smiling when I drove it.
I had a 1987 long box just like that my senior year of high school. Drove it for 3 years and sold it to buy my first brand new truck and always regretted selling it. It was probably the best truck I ever owned.
88 baby here lol. just turned 36 last month. My dad had an old toyota like that for many years. Not quite as old, it was an early 90's one. Good trucks for sure.

Then you had the pretty party boys who wouldn't give you a second look, had their chevy club 🤢. I hung out with Toyota, Ford and muscle car crowd. We owned the pack of the parking lot in high school 😂. Such a long time ago but decent memories...

Turn the idle air screw up on the 88 it will idle fine with ac on. Its a flat screwdriver head where the black rubber intake boot goes onto the intake its right on top of the motor, loosen it up allitle at a time until it idles like you want it to

Don't cut the brakes, just add a line lock kit to the front.. pretty easy and simple to do

get a window ac unit temporarily to keep the laundry mat running , works great in my home just use up one of the windows
