I decided to buy this watch (honestly before watching this video) because I am discovering more and more that Certina is one of the best Swiss manufacturers of affordable watches. I have the feeling that with them what you pay for is returned in quality, tradition, beauty and design. I also own a DS-2 (and bought a DS PH200 for a friend). They are fantastic: powermatic80, antimagnetic Nivachron, great design, colours, robustness... I have the feeling (hope to be wrong) that Certina is a bit underestimated in the enthusiast community, but its intrinsic value is very high beyond those who need publicity with hollywood actors to 'price' their watches.

Recently bought this watch, love the look, and feel once dialed in. Was looking to go 2 tone and 38mm diver for a change, have the same colorway you have. It is a great watch and worth the money. Had to get it imported to the US with warranty and good discount from an AD. Swatch is in NJ as well as I am, they will service it if needed. It's nice to have something different.
Hello, how would you say this holds up against the longines hydroconquest blue two tone? Is there a significant difference in quality? Torn between the two. Thanks.

2022 Certina DS 43mm comes with ceramic bezel.
