What an excellent interview. seriously well done, and such a great perspective, as I was pretty confused/concerned about how they were going pull this mission off while maintaining quality within Apple's products! Thanks so much, Justine! 🥰
I am curious about the specifics of how FineWoven is less harmful to the environment, considering the material is derived from oil and seems less biodegradable over time, meaning the accessories will exist for many centuries past the time the device is no longer useful or supported. Or they might become microplastics?
I am so exited for the new iPhone 15s and this is amazing for the environment 😍😄and also to hear their point of views. 2030 is really cool and I can't wait. 😍
Talking about the environment why are your iJustine cords in plastic packaging? You said that it took you a really long time to make sure they were perfect and yet you launched them in plastic packaging what’s with that? Please tell me that you’re transitioning over to 100% post, consumer recycled, paper packaging. Then I’ll buy your cords but until then NOPE
No wonder they ruined the beats by dre box. It looks like 💩 now. Low key hate them for becoming this woke “we care” vibe when we know it’s just so performative. It’s just excuse to make things cheaper on their end at the end of the day. I’m at least glad it helps the environment in some way personality, not that Apple even really cares about that. I’m happy the queen of Apple is still doing her thing though.
Wow. Amazing that you guys had the chance to speak to them😊
Very 🥦 to post this on the Same Brain feed! Great interview as always!

Apple products still slacking!! Ya usb C is cool and all but took decades to get here, still no huge upgrades to Apple Watches.
