I love ours and it’s pretty simple to use for the most part. I still confuse myself from time to time weather I’m adding or subtracting something, but it’s getting smoother every time I use it 👏

It can be confusing when you first start, but easier the more you use it.

My dad used to use a scrap 2x for his cut list and shopping list. Lol! We’d go to the lumber yard with his 2x4 list in hand.

If you were going to build Burj Khalifa, the cement should be level to start before anything starts going up.
Would be nice if the first guys were useing a laser too and the other guys are just checking it on the way up! Lol

Stabila makes several other lasers. Which other ones do you recommend for doing this same type of work?

All of the Stabila products that I own have been amazing. I haven't compared the 350, 300, and 160. I believe the LAR 160 is about $1,000 less and would work great.

I know it may seem like simple math, but for me, I would put all those calculations in a google sheet and label them pier # and enter in my knowns and have it automatically do that math. I need math fool proof.

Don't really need to add the plus sign, all numbers are positive unless a minus/negative sign is also present, but you probably already know that.

Ha, true…I think it’s just my OCD kicking in.
