Sgt Thor I will always say this about atvs- they are harder to jump than dirt bikes. Bikes are a lot harder to ride but there is no doubt that getting a big atv off the ground and keeping that thing balanced in the air is a lot harder to do than a dirt bike.
I'm way late on this but I've done both the bike I harder to ride and no doubt takes endurance but is overall smoother then the ATV one thing no one talks about is you feel alot more of the track beating on you and I'd say takes alot more out of you then a bike also if the jump is lop sided at the more poor tracks you'll have to deal with those on ATVs where on my bike I'd just simply pick a side
