    Hey guys I want to do a mix of calisthenics and weights so like the only weights I’m using is dumbbels because I can’t find a bar or buy one so yeah and for squats so is that alright

      The specifics don't matter, the main thing is that you start. You will never have the perfect equipment or a perfect routine so if you try to get it perfect before you start you will never start.
