wait can raz not swim, if not im a fucking idiot
he can't swim and your not an idiot with how packed the pyschonaut games are with world building and plot progression some facts get pushed aside or not expressly told to the player plus they address it a little in the post game where coach oleander is teaching the aquato family to swim(I forgot who I learned it from in game)and if you talk to oleander himself he confirms it and to answer the question of why can't raz swim Ford implanted memories into the families heads that made them think they were cursed to die in water
