Alright. For those who tried to buy the boots from Freda and didn't see the option you have to re-complete Death Plateau. You're welcome lol. Also.. I really hope they dont make quests in this area anymore. Horrible.
I kept killing arrg but everytime I go talk to the troll once I killed arrg it still says no, then makes me kill him again. I tried logging out and back in and killed him again but still it doesn't complete the quest
