Looks great! I'll be honest, before you put them on, I was in the air on how it would look. I gotta admit, I like it! I actually like it better than the traditional colors on bikes, and I noticed you got them all uniform on placement. I'm particular and I look at that stuff. Lol Good job!

One thing I did that I have not seen that you have done ? Is change your sprocket to a 39 tooth in rear ! It’s amazing mate , with all the other mods , pipe , jets , 3x3 etc you will have way more throttle control in all gears and it reduces rpm in top gear , I can cruise np at 120 kmh all day long and it will Max out at 145 Kmh worth the mod mate ,that should be your next mod you won’t regret it!
You know this is going to be funny but we have EXACTLY the same bikes. I have an 05 gsxr 1000 and a 22 DZR, gsxr is yellow and the drz is black and red. My K5 has 80,000 KM and is still running strong.
Im not an expert in motorcycles but I do get guys having a big Harley or big Goldwing and dirt bikes or adventure bikes. What is the general purpose of a small bike like this? Commuting to work? buzzing around town? Nice job on the graphics
DRZ400’s are really fun to ride. This particular one has strictly street tires and are more fun than they may look to do street riding. DRZs are quicker than they look, very nibble and are ridiculously fun to ride. I have the Dual Sport, (on road/off road version) and love it. I have had HDs, Sport Bikes and dirt bikes and some of us have discovered these are more fun.
I have the same exhaust as you, right where the clamp connects to the stock exhaust, there’s a small exhaust leak coming from the clamp. Wondering if you had this problem or knew a fix
I just ordered the same graphics kit for mine!! Except I got the black and white instead of black and purple. And instead of pink, mines gold. And i got the gold sumo wheels so it's gonna be black gold and white with gold wheels I'm excited, only 67$ on eBay

They tough as nails man. Bought a 2021 used came with same sm wheels and tires and 41 tooth and a 2nd set of knobby with a 44 I just put on the knobbies for the 1st time about 40 days ago I didn't know it was a 44 till install and man it's a beast now and the knobbies run just as smooth as the supers. And it's got grunt now. Not a highway bike for long trips but fun as hell and tough as nails. Mines white tho but solid bikes don't hesitate. I picked mine up for 5k and that's Canadian pesos with its 1st service just done at 1000km. Very versatile I love it
Lol just recently did mine on my bike it wasn’t to bad. I did the wet method applying them with a Squeegee and a heat gun just had to take my time still didn’t turn out perfect but it ain’t the end of the world

If you do mod to 39 rear sprocket you will need to remove 1 link from chain fyi.
