Having tried numerous recipes with varying outcomes - some quite good, some indifferent - I tried your recipe because it was simple and easy to follow, also it didn’t take an age to prepare. I can happily report that the chicken had that herby, crunchy taste that’s uniquely enjoyable. It makes me want to do it all over again.
