In Quran Allah says we created jins o ins for his ibadh. How about other jins who obey to Allah , reference surrah jin. Do not they desrve to be jannati as pious men does. It means zikar Allah is both for jins o ins to please Allah. Therefore : zikar time is given in suurah Qaf .before sunset and before Dawn are the major times for people living on earth as time works around solor system. In my Opinion , those jins who do not follow Ibliees team are equally eligibal for jannah if they follow the teachings of Allah. Therefore ; speaker should take care when speaking about both jins o ins.
