Had the privilege of meeting dragon man on his museum tour last Saturday. The dude is such a unique character. First thing he does is start handing out ice cream sandwiches to the kids in the tour at 10:00am!
I live in PA and I’m gonna visit here one day, my cousin lives out in Colorado and he’s actually a retired sniper from the military, plus he only lives about 20 minutes from Dragon mans place!
That’s semi automatic then switched to full automatic and then he disappeared out of shot that literally made me spit my drink out Hahahaha great stuff
"Not too many in the country." So, there's another museum where you can go shoot full auto across the parking lot? I don't think there's a museum anywhere in the world let alone the country that would let anyone shoot a bb gun let alone full auto anywhere on the property let alone the front parking lot. 😆 Man, I love this guy!
I live in Australia and I think I can see a holiday coming up to come over to Colorado and check you museum out. Looks 100x better than any war museum here in Australia!
Always love the videos I’ve got to fly out and see the museum one day you’ve got one of the best ww2 collections I’ve ever seen. My grandfather served in ww2 he was a captain in the US Army stationed in the Philippines.
Yeah the BARs are real badasses and have been through the town of Morgan where they were made, and John was a very innovative man. I grew up about 40 miles from there and is a really nice area of the country
@@lllllll685 not true..Bonnie shot an eye out of a man using a bar..he was taking cover behind a tree in a street shoot out.. Look it up...lil btch was bad
WORLD WAR ll God bless all those who fought. awesome gun display, amazing USA guns right here. best of the best... that Thompson would be a pleasure to shoot! happy holidays!
Anders Lind no it’s from I think GunsAmerica for something like that and they were posting it from Cabelas/Bass Pro Shop so it was for sale on a different website but it’s from a Cabelas in Texas
I saw this bike years ago when I lived in Colorado Springs. Didn't know who it was until years later when I saw these videos. This was back in the early 2000s
I admire your collection greatly. It nice to see a person express their love and appreciation for something, in any degree, and to do so as completely as you have done…. Salute!
I love how he pulls up on a flamethrower dragon motorcycle with smgs on the front and barely acknowledged it lol. This channel is great, I want to get out to this museum.
If. You have what they called the grease gun. Love a demo. My father said they were during ww2. He also said the germans had a rifle set up with a 90 degree stock and mirrored sights. To shoot around the corner of a building.
It's down one .....up three Mel..... Adjustment screw in the middle of the pressure plate will fix that "Dragon" clutch if you're out of adjustment on the cable.
I would absolutely love to visit your museum. If I ever visit from Blighty I'll have to look you up! Be cool if you could do a Nam era type weapons. A very impressive collection and one to be proud of for sure. So cool!
What a guy you are pal, love your passion and love your videos very interesting, just wish I could vist your museum, but live all the way in England, East Yorkshire, keep doing what your doing great content 👍
Great. Video Dragonman. Wow. They were not kidding when they said the enemy waited for the garande to spit its clip out. Twang. Then the enemy had a second to advance or shoot.
This is exactly the kind of video I was hoping you would make someday. Awesome! Speaking of other "toys" to try out, how about bringing out your MP-40 and Luger? Thanks Mel and I look forward to visiting the museum and meeting you in June!
🤣, I wouldn’t call it paradise. It’s hot in the summer, bitter cold in the winter and the wind used to blow over my 200 lb barbecue on the back porch and take down the fencing. Also, it’s still in Colorado which has become a liberal Democrat hell hole with Red Flag laws, magazine restrictions, homeless population problems, high taxes and $800 tags for my truck. I guess paradise is in the eye of the beholder 😂. Mel is cool though. I’ve shot at Dragon Mans a few times.
Keep them clean and well oiled they will or should work . Take these weapons to a range with an instructor . They will help you . Explosives do exspire . They have a shelf life . Like certain chemicals . Thank you .
Everything works at Mel the Dragon Mans Military Museum, and yes, Mel's is the only place you can take firearms from the displays and go out and shoot them and with vintage ammo to boot!!!
Had the privilege of meeting dragon man on his museum tour last Saturday. The dude is such a unique character. First thing he does is start handing out ice cream sandwiches to the kids in the tour at 10:00am!

Same
I want to see some German and Russian weapons.
+1 for that
+2 for that
They are very expensive today, maybe he want to preserve them
+3 for that!
+5 for that!
Can you imagine his version of ‘Night At The Museum’?!
That's why he doesn't work in the museum after 12:00!
Yes I can and have. I am glad I am not in the military anymore.
Mel is living the dream. Absolute legend!
Yep, and he created it! Self made man.
And an American badass Vietnam veteran!
Dragonman is the Jay Leno of historical military hardware/much cooler stuff.
#Dragonmans
What a legend this guy is such a massive heart to everyone!!
Shout out from Melbourne Australia
The M1 Garand clip ping is the sound of freedom.
I cannot believe the amazing collection Dragonman has- I’ve seen his other videos and he has to have the best collection in the world
lol that flamethrower bike, awesome.
I live in PA and I’m gonna visit here one day, my cousin lives out in Colorado and he’s actually a retired sniper from the military, plus he only lives about 20 minutes from Dragon mans place!
Thank you for collecting all of those historical artifacts and keeping the weapons in working order!
That’s semi automatic then switched to full automatic and then he disappeared out of shot that literally made me spit my drink out Hahahaha great stuff
Exactly lmaoooo. That’s what I’m sayin gotta love him

BAR full auto was AWESOME!
Love the old rifles..keep up all the good work you do. Thanks
And to think the BAR was designed for walking fire from the hip
Greetings from Canada, this is like a wet dream.
Love the sound of that clip flying out of the M1 even though it was a signal to the enemies that you're out of ammo
That's the most badass intro I've ever watched. Love the history you preserve and demonstrate functionality
Always love the videos I’ve got to fly out and see the museum one day you’ve got one of the best ww2 collections I’ve ever seen. My grandfather served in ww2 he was a captain in the US Army stationed in the Philippines.
I love this man.. it's in your Blood.. American. USA love him. God Bless
Hell Yeah !!!!! Awesome weapons! Would love to see the mortars in action..
😁 Funny lol
Yeah the BARs are real badasses and have been through the town of Morgan where they were made, and John was a very innovative man. I grew up about 40 miles from there and is a really nice area of the country
What a legend
Many museums in my opinion disrespect the weapons. They leave them to seize up.
If you live in countries like Australia, majority have been butchered, welded up and made to never fire again.
Too cool, thanks for the video.
Hard to believe that Bonnie could handle such a big weapon as BAR to rob banks..
I think the gangsters of that era sawed their guns off, but this would only make them more difficult to control
They used a Thompson Mainly. Still a impressive gun but not quite the bar
@@lllllll685 not true..Bonnie shot an eye out of a man using a bar..he was taking cover behind a tree in a street shoot out..
Look it up...lil btch was bad
I can't wait to visit your museum..Outstanding !!🇺🇸🌎
Dragonman is a living LEGEND! Thanks for sharing the awesomeness with us! Always loved the Dragon bike! So cool!
Great character, great fun

Hey Dragonman! I consider that one of your best videos. It was good to hear about your early years. Stay healthy and consider putting a book together.
I admire your collection greatly. It nice to see a person express their love and appreciation for something, in any degree, and to do so as completely as you have done…. Salute!
