Just came to give this mod some love ❤ I love this! Playing with my sis wayy to much but it's so fun. Here's some of the things I learned: You have to have the exact same mods. If its not loading the file is probably corrupt try a new save. Don't travel with more than 2 people. You have to wait and bring the rest upon it loading. 💜💙💚

I have a big issue. Im in the session Setting and Sims Directory and i try to find .exe formatum. but only i can see mappa folders. i need to find Game/Bin/TS4_x64.exe but i cant see it. there are but the simSync cant see any other thing only the mappa folders.

I've wanted to try the launcher since it was announced, and when the time came I had no idea how to make it work, until I got disappointed. In my opinion they should include this guide on the page because I turned the page and could not find how to run the game, I hope that for the future they can add other languages so some simmers find it easier to manage the program. 1. Host is the only one who needs to type addclientsims. And yes you type it in the cheat console. 2. In order to save while in a multiplayer session, click ‘Save as’ and then overwrite the current save. This is a bug that we aim to fix in the future. 3. As far as I know, client don't have to press the stop button. However the host should probably press it to stop the server :)
Okay, after three and a half hours of trying i finally give up. I tried everything, starting with ports, UPNP, Game settings, Antivirus settings, Firewall settings and it doesn't work. It's very sad that i wasted so much time in this cuz there is nobody you can ask, no support and I just hope EA will release its own multiplayer mode soon, so i dont need to play web developer just to play an online game.
Hey Sim sync having a bit of trouble on a Mac when I click connect or host it tells me I haven't got the right path and sends me to the account page from there I dosnt seem to like my file selectment

There is a channel on the discord where you can ask if anyone wants to play together and can DM each other to get a join code (just don't post actual codes ON the channel). I've been playing with my wife via the same wifi network, but you can play with anyone in the world. :)

You go to the "Dashboard" Tab. Click "Edit" and direct the "Sims Directory" by clicking on the folder icon to where your Sims 4 is installed. Example: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4". And then for the "Documents Directory", you direct it to wherever your The Sims 4 documents are. Example: C:\Users\User\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4.

What are the Lan setting for simsync when using hamachi? And do I need to have VPN enabled to host the game?
Did exactly this on both me and my friends computer. We got as far as the sims 4 main menu but after that it just never loaded. We waited 20 min and then gave up... can anyone help ?
Kennedy Neal make sure you port forward if you are not in the same house and if you have mods you have to I mean have to have the same exact mods folder and same for the expansion packs note there are bugs for some of the expansion packs then you can play

Any chance you know how to fix/ or help the lag in game play. I am the host on windows and they are on mac. there is no lag on my end but the lag/ glitch is really bad when they play? they are like 3 -5 sim hours behind me and they move almost like a robot. I know they are having issues with cross mac/windows but even advise on how to less the lag would be amazing
Kennedy Neal I had a lot of mods and it messed up our game to so we got rid of all the mods except ui cheats and Mc command center and some of the expansion packs are buggy also me and my sister just got of from playing this kid and we found out that if the first/host builds or expands the house it will glitch the plays/Clints game not to worry me and my sister found the fix the 2p needs to open the build mode and get out of build mode if you need any more help I will help you
Kennedy Neal by the way the lagging happens to my sister I thought it was our WiFi but I’m sure not I think it’s mods why you ask it never lagged for me or my sister till we got mods
@@Shadowed_Echo Strange, we play with all mods off but expansion packs on because we have all of them. I also built the house before they joined the game so cant be that. it lagged straight from the beginning

@@TutoFree Surprisingly, this resolved itself. I downloaded it again a week ago (the version is the same as it was at the time of the problem). I went to the dashboard. And pointed the way to the game and to " My documents-Electronic Arts - the Sims 4"

Have the same version of the game (we have 1.58 for example). These versions have the same number of extensions. 2. Have a way to join. You can use Hamachi or RAdmin VPN (the second is better and easier). 3. Log in from the computer where you are saving and which will be the main host. Go to the "Host" tab. Then go to the "Lan Binding" tab. Carefully look at and compare all the extensions, so that you and your girl would have everything the same. 4.1. In the same tab "Binding Address", select "All interface 0.0.0.0". 4.2 "Host Address" select "Internal IP". Ideally, use the program. But you can also play on the same WiFi network. 4.3 Port choose any, I choose 51030 4.4 Well, I think everything is clear, choose any save. 5. Click the huge Play button (the arrow is in the green circle). Wait until the program interface shows the connection code. 6. Code is. Go to the girl's computer. Go to the "Connect" tab and enter the code. Click connect. 7. If everything is done correctly. The game will be opened on two computers. Where in the menu will be information that the game has a SimSync mod. Click OK. 8. On two computers, click the huge play button (the arrow in the gray circle). You are connecting to the same save. Choose a house and play. You can play as any character. But it is desirable of course for different, and not for the same) It's more interesting this way) p. s. My friends and I keep trying to use your mod (via Upnp) but for some reason, only the host sees all the sims correctly. We've got the same mods and cc, and tried enabling only the expansions we all have in common, as in the video, but still getting the same problem with sims not showing up correctly or the nav menu disappearing/unable to control our sims. Anyone else have this issue and find a solution for it?

It seems impossible to join friends without hamachi, and that works for less than 5 minutes. Will there be future updates?

my solution was that went into edit and went into documents - electronic arts - the sims 4

Here are a couple of rules that will help you:
1. Have the same version of the game (we have 1.58 for example). These versions have the same number of extensions.
2. Have a way to join. You can use Hamachi or RAdmin VPN (the second is better and easier).
3. Log in from the computer where you are saving and which will be the main host. Go to the "Host" tab. Then go to the "Lan Binding" tab.
Carefully look at and compare all the extensions, so that you and your girl would have everything the same.

In the same tab "Binding Address", select "All interface 0.0.0.0".

"Host Address" select "Internal IP". Ideally, use the program. But you can also play on the same WiFi network.

My friends and I keep trying to use your mod (via Upnp) but for some reason, only the host sees all the sims correctly. We've got the same mods and cc, and tried enabling only the expansions we all have in common, as in the video, but still getting the same problem with sims not showing up correctly or the nav menu disappearing/unable to control our sims. Anyone else have this issue and find a solution for it?
