Just turn on performance mode in oneplus and check the difference... OnePlus underclocked the processor just to avoid heating issues on the phone

Use the same OS and then the difference in boot speed can be measured in the correct way....
if you check each phone's screen, Oneplus have minimal screen flickering which bad for eyes. while on the other hand poco's screen is good due to its consistency
