When Sean's dad told Catherine what she would mean to him if she married Sean, she was ready to cry. She grew up with a dad that was never around and Sean's dad is telling her, he'd love her like she's his own daughter. It's too easy to tell just how much those words meant to Catherine !!!

2023 now and I still am touched . I agree, when his Dad said " when you know, you know " , it gave me goosebumps. What a very intuitive Dad. They're both lucky to have each other and for Catherine to belong to this family and vice versa.

I love how Sean’s Dad was the first one who just knew. Even with Lindsay he wasn’t like this friendly or deep. But with Catherine, he was straight up you know I am best friends with my daughter's husband. He just knew it was Catherine before Sean did.

Sean's parents were role models for how warm, respectful, and honestly they communicated with both of the finalists. You can tell they are great people.
What I love about Catherine is how well-spoken she is. Her maturity and knowing what she wants and being able to speak her mind clearly is very admirable

Catherine is intelligent with the ability to articulate and that's important in this process. She was young so age doesn't matter, it's the person. When the family is nice the ending is less chaos.

Sean's dad just knew and felt it, surely he was correct. When he told Catherine..."You will never have a bigger fan than me" I got teary eyed and Catherine held back her tears. Amazing moment. Loved Catherine from the beginning and could tell the way Sean looked at Catherine she most likely was the one. My favorite Bachelor couple aside from Trista and Ryan.

@@nk47100 Well also I think his philosophy of looks fade but personality is forever helped as well. He wasn't looking for the prettiest girl in the room. He was looking for his best friend and someone he could love being with all the time before everything else.
